«Chapter 31 • Threatened»

Jungkook had woken up early and went to work. But he left a note for Jennie to read,

"Good Morning Jen <3 I went early to job, so I wasn't able to see you and I didn't want to wake you up. Anyways, have a good day!"

Jennie got ready for the day. She went downstairs and ate breakfast. She then did lunch.

She packed the lunch to take to Jungkook. He had given a car keys for Jennie to drive in the meantime she bought her own.

She drove to the company.

"Good afternoon Jisoo!" Jennie yelled as she entered.

"Good afternoon Jen," Jisoo said.

"Do you know Jungkook's office number?" Jennie asked.

"Yes, it's on the last floor room A997," Jisoo answered.

"Thank you," Jennie said as she left.

She got on the elevator and went to the last floor.

"Room A997...room A997..." Jennie said as she looked at each door number, "oh here." She knocked.

"Come in!" Jungkook yelled.

"Hi Jungkook!" Jennie said as she entered.

"Hello," Jungkook he said as he approached to her.

"I brought you lunch, I cooked it," Jennie said as she gave the bag to JK.

"Thank you, are you staying to eat?" Jungkook asked.

"No, I already ate and I have to go do some things," Jennie said, "maybe next time."

"Oh, okay," Jungkook said upset, "well bye." She hugged Jungkook and kissed him.

"Bye," Jennie said as she went out the door. She didn't really had to do much today, but she wanted to find inspiration for her new designs.

As Jennie went out the company she waved at Jisoo. She got into the car and drove to a near Starbucks.

"Oh look, is Jungkook girlfriend," someone said beside her in a low voice. She wondered how the heck they knew.

She ordered a Cafè Mocha and a chocolate chip cookie. Then she went to sit on a table.

When Jennie looked at the clock, she had spend 2 hours there.

"Time to go home," Jennie said as she packed her things up.

As she got out, she felt someone grab her.

Oh not again, she thought.

The person took her to a deep alley.

"Look, I told you to get away from Jungkook," a voice said. She recognized it was Yeji, "I told you would regret it. And here we are." Yeji pulled a gun out and pointed to Jennie's head. Jennie heart stopped beating for a second.

"Now, get in the phone, and text Jungkook you're breaking up with him," Yeji said. No no no, she can't do that, she thought. She loves him, she can't let him go.

"Now!" Yeji yelled.

Jennie sadly grabbed her phone and texted Jungkook.

"I'm sorry to do this by text, but I'm breaking up with you," Jennie texted and send it.

"Good job girl!" Yeji said, "now you better disappear from his life. Or I'll kill you or him. Be wise."

The words, 'I'll kill you or him' made Jennie feel goosebumps. She would kill her or him.

"If you tell anyone about this, you'll regret it with all your life, I'll make your life miss step by step," Yeji said, "you may go." Yeji moved the gun from Jennie's forehead. Jennie didn't waste anytime, and ran to the car.

She drove all they way crying. She didn't want to leave him, but it was for his good. When she arrived she packed her things, and ordered a taxi. The taxi would take her far far away.

Jennie got to a hotel. She rented a week there. She left her things, and bought some food. She didn't plan to go out again. She got the room, closed all of the window, turned all the lights off, and got under the blanket sheets.

She was devastated. She couldn't believe what happened. What Yeji told her. She cried and cried until she fell asleep.

When Jennie woke up it was 2am. She had messages from Jungkook.

"Why?! What happened?! Did I do something wrong?! Please tell me Jennie! I don't want to leave you!," Jungkook texted.

"What did I do wrong please tell me, I don't want to leave you, I love you," Jungkook texted.

He had call her many many times.

"I'm sorry Jungkook," she said out loud between cries. She then blocked Jungkook's phone.

Jennie started to cry harder. Her dog Kuma, was curled up next to her.

She then got another texts messages.

"Jennie where are you?! Jungkook is really sad looking for you! You can't just leave! You should have told me or Tae!" Yuna texted. But she also blocked Yuna's phone number.

"Jennie please! Where are you?! We are so worried!" Tae texted. But she also blocked it.

Her heart was broken into thousands of pieces. She had thrown all of her dreams, love, friends, life into the trash can. She had already said good bye to them.

She needed to express this feeling in some way. She grabbed her notebook, and did some designs. Dark, deep and sad. Just like her.
