Interesting approach to coping skills my friend.
But why? Why must you tear yourself apart inside often because you feel you've done something wrong? There is no wrong in this world. Only right in disguise. For example, if you walk left, your left is somebody else's right so technically, to somebody you are right.
Or maybe its that you have no idea how to heal?
Too caught up in the past maybe?
In your story, are you the villain?
The hero? The sidekick the comedic relief? The love interest? The background character?
I would say "main character" but I don't believe their is one.
Because you are always the villain in someone elses story, no matter how much of a people pleaser you are, there's going to be someone that dislikes you or that you've wronged.
Are you the villain to others? Yourself? Both?
