"Do you even understand that you're about to die?!" She snaps, her eyes narrowing suspiciously at the person knelt before her.
"How is this any different then the other five times you threatened me?" Anne mutters, rolling her eyes in annoyance. "You're weak. You couldn't pull the trigger even if your life depended on it."
"No? Well maybe you're actually right for once." She shrugs laughing quietly. Her sudden cooperation startles Anne, who seems confused.
"What do you mean?"
"I won't be the one pulling the trigger."
Anne doesn't even have time to react before there's a loud bang, blood pouring from the gunshot wound in the back of her head. A quiet laugh is coming from behind her as both of her captors high-five.
"Think she saw that coming?"
"Nope. Never would've suspected her best friend."
