𝐀𝐅𝐓𝐄𝐑 𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐕𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐇𝐈𝐒 𝐌𝐎𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑'𝐒 𝐀𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓, 𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐂𝐘 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐘/𝐍 𝐌𝐀𝐃𝐃 𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐈𝐑 𝐖𝐀𝐘 𝐓𝐎 𝐂𝐀𝐌𝐏 𝐁𝐘 𝐓𝐀𝐗𝐈.

Percy told the taxi man to drop them off by the road.

Both teens walked through the forest in silence. Weird silence. They were glancing at each other every once in a while though. Percy wanted to ask her about her mother. And Y/N wanted to ask Percy what the gods told him up there. Eventually, they both lost interest on the way to camp.

A few minutes later, while she was walking distracted, she accidentally bumped into a very tall tree. A pine tree. She cursed under her breath and rubbed the spot on her head where she hit the tree. "When did that get here?" She asked quietly.

"7 years ago. Are you ok?" Percy asked, trying to pretend that he didn't see what just happened.

"I just bumped into a tree... And hit my head in the process... If you were me, would you be ok?!"

Percy began to make it as if he was thinking very hard as if he was asked a really difficult question. "Guess you're right" He then smirked at her and said, "The best part of this is that we're not lost... And all thanks to you."

Y/N raised an eyebrow, "Whatever do you mean?"

"You and your clumsiness just found the camp's entrance."

"This tree?" Y/N snickered, "And what are we going to do? Walk through it?" She said sarcastically.

"Well, you almost do."

She glared at the boy, "You're not funny, you know that right?"

Percy chuckled and grabbed Y/N's hand, "Come on." He walked to where the camp's invisible border was and ran inside still grabbing Y/N's hand.

Moments later, Y/N didn't know how or when, but she somehow found herself standing in front of a volleyball court. There, she saw some kids playing against some creatures who looked a lot like Grover. Satyrs. The girl's eyes trailed off to her left, where there was a big blue building. She never thought there could be a house like that at a camp, it was just very out of place, at least in her opinion, after all, she had never been to a camp before. Y/N started walking bewildered, with Percy following from behind.
