She was still studying the piece of blue cloth, trying to remember who it belonged to. Y/N was walking distractedly, a skeleton in front of her was leading the rest of the group to a more secluded and darker space so Y/N could shadow-travel them to where she needed to go.

Y/N's mind was a spiralling mess. She was glad the skeletons couldn't speak because she wasn't in the mood for conversation. Y/N has a vague feeling she's been in a similar situation. And she couldn't stop thinking about the names they mentioned inside.

Percy Jackson and Thalia Grace.

Thalia's daughter of Zeus. The General had said. And so did Luke.

But who was the other demigod? Why does she have the feeling she knows him? And why is he important to kill?

Y/N eventually stopped caring about that when she heard two people laughing. The laughter of a stranger. And a familiar laugh. Y/N stopped walking and searched for the sound source.

A tall woman with dark skin and braided white hair, that was up in a ponytail, was laughing at something the man next to her had said. She was beautiful. Y/N obviously didn't know the woman, but a part of herself thought she'd seen her vaguely before.

Y/N's eyes moved to the man beside her. He was smiling like a fool. But there was something curious about him. He looked familiar... Y/N had to be Superman for her eyesight to be so good. The man had the same eye colour as her. The same hair colour too.

Y/N grabbed a lock of her hair and she observed it. It was funny how they were now even more similar. He also had grey hair. Though less than Y/N did now.

She thought thinking about this was useless.

She had better things to do now than to wonder who those two people were.

Y/N shook her head slightly and without glancing at the couple one more time, Y/N followed the skeletons until she finally shadow-travelled them to a slightly crowded subway.

She looked around, searching for some sign the people they were looking for were there. Or at least had been there. A skeleton stood next to Y/N and he pointed to a train that went to their right. Y/N frowned but understood. They had taken a train to escape.
