"𝐉𝐔𝐍𝐄 20𝐓𝐇." 

He looked at his three friends. "We had been in the Lotus Casino for five days. We had only one day left until the summer solstice. One day to complete our quest."

Y/N's eyes widened a little and then she mumbled to herself, "Happy Birthday to me then, I guess."

Despite Y/N's efforts not to be heard, Percy turned to her, his eyes showing confusion. "Today is your birthday?"He asked.

"No. It was a few hours ago," she then realized that time goes differently. "Or two days ago."

"Oh," Annabeth began. "Sorry. Happy Birthday?"

"Yeah..." Y/N trailed off. "This is weird. I don't feel fourteen. Am I supposed to feel fourteen?"

"No idea," Annabeth said.

The now fourteen-year-old girl sighed, "Well, we have to go," Y/N said. "I can't be here any longer."

"Agree," Grover said, nodding his head.

Y/N walked away, thinking about her father. He is probably having a bad time at home. Y/N does not cry easily, but this time, she felt like the worst person ever for leaving him alone.

Someone put a hand on her shoulder, "Are you ok?" Percy asked.

Y/N turned to him, and nodded, "Yeah it's just..." she sighed. "I... This is the first time I'm away from my father and, I don't know, I feel... guilty for leaving him like that."

Percy looked at her sadly. He didn't pity her, he only felt bad for her. "Sorry for that. But, hey! Annabeth will come up with an idea to get to L.A." He said, "If we go now, we can get to camp faster, and, maybe, I-M him." Percy suggested and gave her a reassuring smile. 

A smile that she returned.

"Thanks. I guess you are not full of Seaweed after all." Y/N said, poking Percy's head.

"Haha, so funny." He said sarcastically. 

That made Y/N smile even more.

"Hey, you both!" Annabeth yelled, "Sorry to interrupt your lovely moment but, are you ready to go or not?!"

Percy and Y/N blushed and headed to where Annabeth and Grover were.

"So... what's the plan?" Percy asked.
