WILL POV-

---- Wednesday 1:36 PM ----

"This is the life!" The brunette exhaled calm, being blessed going to the beach today, taking this as an opportunity to take full advantage of the situation. When would be the next time he will be able to calmly enjoy the warm sun and crystal waters with friends? When it was being handed to him on a silver platter why not indulge into comic life for a short while? The boy placed his sunglasses on under the shade of the beach umbrella beside a half-asleep Dustin.

The brunette sat up placing some last-minute sunscreen to his arms, watching El and Max in the distance playing shoulder wars against Mike and Lucas in the ocean; they all seemed super happy. "I guess that's the one thing about comics... they're a lot happier than real life!" sadly smiling to himself under his breath; it was true, and he knew it.

But on the brighter side he hadn't seen Troy and James at all today as apparently, they were being surveillanced by Mr Clark like a hawk; it was relieving to the young brunette. This is exactly what he wanted from this trip: a calm atmosphere and good friends. Laying his head down on the beach towel and popping some headphones in to listen to some music and unwind.

The music played for a short while letting the lunch he previously scoff down digest; not really one for the ocean opting to chill on the side with Dustin. He closed his eyes letting the sun bathe him. Suddenly his light covered, assuming it to be one of his friends he giggled.

"I feel a presence hovering over me!" Will smirked feeling a dark shadow cast over him, but hearing no response and the lingering continue, he slowly opened his eyes; taking the headphones out his ears seeing a tall figure stand over him. In the shade he may have mistaken this man to be Mike but with a second look, it was clear to be none other than Richie Tozier.

"Will!" Richie stood over him crossing his arms "I need to talk to you"

"I am trying to tan over here" The small boy chuckled jokingly

"You're in the shade" The glasses boy protested raising an eyebrow

"You've got me" The brunette smiled "What do you need?" sitting up from his laying position. After his little alone thinking time in the woods, he decided to give Richie the benefit of the doubt and actually listen to the things he had to say before completely dismissing them.

"Can I talk to you... in private?" The tall boy spoke serious

"Can't you tell me now?" Will tilted his head

"NO!" Richie whined "It's of the upmost important"

"Calm your dramatic ass down!" The smaller boy smiled, getting up from his beach towel motioning the taller to lead the way. Will took one last look over at the curly haired boy who snored asleep beside him, rolling his eyes walking away with Richie behind the beach stalls; a place secluded from the other students and residents of the surrounding areas.

Will fidgeted not knowing what he was really doing here scratching his arm "If you try to kill me just know that I have a witness" joking to lift the serious mood Richie had framed this conversation to be

"A witness?" Richie crossed his arms "Who?"

"Dustin saw you take me away!" The brunette crossed his arms jokingly
