"You." Franklin says, pointing towards the alleyway.
It's then discovered that it is Mephisto who is in the alleyway, walking towards Franklin.
"Franklin. Been awhile." Mephisto says.
"Stay away from me." Franklin warns.
"Too late for that." Mephisto says as he is already right in front of the motorcycle.
"Nice bike." Mephisto comments before he and Franklin start circling around the motorcycle.
"Why are you here?" Franklin asks.
"I've always been here Blaze. All along. I've been to everywhere you've gone to. All the alleyways, all the apartments, even the places you've eaten at." Mephisto informs.
"It was you. Keeping me in a dire state. Keeping me homeless but keeping me alive at the same time." Franklin realizes.
"No no Franklin. It was you. Keeping yourself alive. I'm just the guardian watching your every move. Makes me so proud. It's like watching an investment... that keeps growing and growing until the day... you cash it all in. That day is today, Franklin." Mephisto says before stopping his circling of the motorcycle.
"Find the one known as Blackheart... and destroy him." Mephisto says.
"Find him yourself." Franklin says, hopping onto his motorcycle to ride away from Mephisto.
"Doesn't work like that. You're under contract, remember?" Mephisto asks.
Franklin quickly learns that he can't move from his motorcycle as it feels like he has been glued onto the bike.
"If you succeed, I'll return your soul." Mephisto offers.
"Yeah, I'm not doing it." Franklin says.
"You don't have any choice." Mephisto informs.
He then slams his cane onto the ground and the motorcycle roars, grinding the asphalt before rushing off. Every vehicle the motorcycle passed, the shockwave from the bike ended up breaking all the windows. Very soon, the wheels then catch on fire and leave a fire trail. They also burn all the trees and melt all the mail boxes and poles as the bike went past them. The addition to the flames also increase the intensity of the shockwave as cars are now being flipped over. At the same time, the motorcycle keeps going faster and faster, faster than any bike can possibly go.
Somewhere down the road, a Gotham policeman was sitting on his bike on patrol. He then hears Franklin's motorcycle coming towards him and he decides to pull up his speedometer and points it towards the oncoming vehicle. Looking at the speed, the cops noticed that the bike kept on rising in speed, reaching well over 200 miles an hour, which is impossible for any bike to reach. Seeing the speed, the policeman knew that he was in for some trouble as the bike then passed him, which its shockwave made the policeman's bike explode, sending him flying and landing on the glass below him. The cop can now only watch in shock as the motorcycle continues speeding down the road.
Meanwhile at a nearby trainyard, Blackheart and his group are walking through the yard. The keeper of the trainyard notices them and tries to stop them.
"Hey! You can't come in here. This is private..." the keeper says as the group then looks towards him.
"Property." The keeper finishes.
"There was a cemetery here." Blackheart says.
"Yeah, a long time ago." The keeper says.
"What happened to the graves?" Blackheart asks.
The keeper then notices that the group is starting to surround him.
"They moved them." The keeper says.
