-School Cafeteria-

"You guys went on a date without telling me?!?!"

Sunghoon dramatically questioned us. We just told Sunghoon about yesterday and it was clear that he wasn't so happy about it.

"It wasn't a date I told you!!"

Jake was flustered.

"How could my friends betray me like this!"

He pouted causing us both, i.e me and Jake to lose our shits.

"Calm down brothah!"

I said gently rubbing his back.

"Tell me about yesterday!"

Sunghoon switched his emotions real quick fixing his posture and asking us.

A good actor indeed. He'd receive tons of Oscars right after his acting debut for sure.

His eyes sparkled exhibiting his eagerness. We told him what happened the day before. His jaw dropped in amazement.

"OMG MY TWO FRIENDS ARE NOW DATING?!?"

"WE'RE NOT DATING!"

Me and Jake shouted in unison.

"It definitely doesn't seem like you guys are not a couple"

"We're not a couple yet-"

Jake said.

"Yet."

Sunghoon smirked.

"NO THAT CAME OUT OF THE BLUE"

The whole conversation now was just Sunghoon claiming us to be a couple and us denying it.

"Let's see for how long"

Sunghoon said before he was up from his chair to dispose his plate and his empty juice box. Jake wasn't done eating yet. I was done but still had some juice left in my carton. I drank it as I waited for Jake to finish his food.

"Hey, you're Ye-eun right?"

I was all alone in the classroom waiting for the other students to arrive when this girl approached me.

"Yes I am, and you?"

I asked her in confusion.

"That doesn't matter"

Huh?

"Are you and Sunghoon a....thing?"

She asked me leaning on top of my desk, kinda with a furious expression. She definitely wasn't happy asking me that question.

"Why do you ask me that?"

Why do people even wanna poke their noses into someone else's relationship status? It makes no sense to me. Can't they just mind their own business?

"Why don't you answer me first instead of questioning me back"

She said grabbing a strand of my hair, twirling it with her finger.

"No we are not, and what does that have to do with you? Why do you care even if we are dating"

I asked trying to stay calm.

"I'm glad if that's the case"

She said and took her hands off my desk about to leave.

"What was that question for?"
