Two techs were inside Project insight making sure nothing sketchy was happening .
"I've been parking there for two months" the first tech said
"But , it's his spot" the second responded
As they continued their conversation they were interrupted.
The first tech put a finger to his earpiece to inform the person in the other side "Negative, DT-6 . The pattern is full. Well, he could have said something."
Then an ear piercing noise was heard those the earpiece.
"OW!" The first tech exclaimed
"Must be the dish" the second one suggested.
"I'll check it out" the first tech informed
"Triskelion command request we clear the area for launch" someone said in the PA
The tech went over to the door and opened it. He then was face to face with Steve, Adeline, Sam, and Hill. Sam and Hill had him at gunpoint.
"Excuse us" Steve said while Adeline scared him to shoo away by making her eyes glow green.
The tech upon being at gun point and frightened let them pass.
Pierce offered drinks to the council
" I know the road hasn't exactly been smooth, and some of you would have gladly kicked me out of the car along the way. Finally we're here and the world should be grateful" Pierce toasted
As they drink to the toast, Steve came over the intercom, getting everyone's attention
"Attention all SHIELD agents this is Steve Rogers. You've heard a lot about me over the past few days, some of you were even ordered to hunt me down. But I think it's time you know the truth. SHIELD is not what we thought it was, it's been taken over by HYDRA. Alexander Pierce is their leader. Before any body jump's tho conclusions about Adeline she has nothing to do with Pierce. The STRIKE and insight crew are HYDRA as well. I do t know how many more, but I know they're in the building. They could be standing right next to you. They almost have what they want: absolute control. They shot Nick Fury and it won't end there. If you launch those helicarriers today, HYDRA will be able to kill anyone that stands in their way, unless we stop them. I know that I'm asking alot, but the price of freedom is high, it always been, and it's a price I'm willing to pay. And if im the only one then so be it. But I'm willing to bet that I'm not," Steve says
He ends his speech and turns to face Sam and Adeline.
"Did you write that down first, or was it is off the top of your head?" Sam asks
"I know right? I don't know how he does it even after all these years" Adeline adds with a small laugh
"Shut up" Steve smiles and playfully rolls his eyes
Pierce then held the council hostage while Rumlow made the helicarriers take off without any support from SHIELD
