Adeline is Bucky's sister and Steve rogers best friend along with her brother, they see Steve as another a brother. Adeline a.k.a Addy went missing before her brother left to war. (She has powers like Wanda but she is more advanced in knowing what she can do and she has control over magnetism.) I'm debating on to switch it to an xreader instead but let me know if I should and I might pair her up with Pietro. This is just the beginning and it's my first story.
