After school, I go to Nick's place. It smells like weed but I like the smell. His friends are around, people from his school, and the moment they see me they assume that something is going on between us. Maybe it's the way I look at him when I see him. Maybe to them it seems like want, desire. It is. But not towards him. I want my pills back. He suddenly wouldn't give me.
I also went there angry and so we fought, in front of his friends like two angry couples. It probably didn't help that he carried me to his room and told me to stay put. I've always found Nick annoying, now I down right hate him.
When I get home the messages are quick to come flying in. Nick and Avery? Nick and Ave? I ignore them of course but there's a particular message that sticks.
