The brown steed was at least  half a meter talle than me and seemed not to be amused by my fear. Caspian, commanding his men with authority, was orchestrating the scene. Just when I thought the moment couldn't get more intense, Lord Drinian emerged from the depths of the shadows, wielding a sword so exquisite that it seemed to shine like the sun. Mesmerized, my gaze locked onto the breathtaking weapon as he placed it in the hands of the king. The Lord caught my starring and uttered words that sent shivers down my spine, "This was once your father's, bestowed upon him in the name of Aslan." I wasn't able to answer . This weapon looked nothing like anything my father could ever own.

Time stood still as Caspian took the sword and let it shimmer in  his hands, until finally securing it to his body before mounting his horse. Meanwhile, I stood there, dumbfounded. Caspian, with a mischievous grin on his lips, looked down at me and playfully asked "Don't you want to join me on horseback?" His eyes twinkled with amusement, well aware that I had never ridden a horse before. Obligingly, he dismounted and positioned himself behind me. Gently, his hands found their place on my hips, his warm breath tickling my ear as he whispered, "On the Count of three." And in a quick secound, without a single count, he lifted me effortlessly onto the horses' back. Stunned, I peered down at him, my heart racing with a mixture of fear and exhilaration.

With Caspian now settled atop his own again, he took the reins of my horse as well. Anxious and uncertain, I clutched onto the horse's mane tightly as we ventured beyond the castle grounds and delved into the mysterious depths of the dark forest.

It felt like an eternity as we traveled down the seemingly endless path, the wind rushing through our hair. "Are you scared?" he suddenly asked me, catching me lost in my daydreams. Insecurely, I nodded, and he brought our horses to a halt. "What are you up to?" I asked as he dismounted his horse, stepping closer to me. "You've never ridden a horse before, and I'm fairly certain you'll get hurt" he remarked."Please I am not an idiot I don't Need your hel-" Without warning, he swiftly swung up and settled behind me. He knotted  his horse's lead to the back of my saddle, taking control of both horses. Then, he reached his hand around my waist, pulling me closer to his chest. With one arm securely wrapped around me and the other guiding the horse, we began to move again. Our bodies pressed together, he held me tightly. "Close your eyes," he murmured, his gaze fixed on the distant horizon. I listened, knowing that I eventually needed to sleep, and frankly, I did drift off .

My awakening was jolted by a resounding roar, magnificent and awe-inspiring. I slowly opened my eyes, my hands grazing the fresh, velvety grass, the fragrant scent of blooming flowers filling my nostrils, and the melodious chirping of birds reaching my ears. Yet, I found myself alone, uncertain of Caspian's whereabouts or my own location, as I anxiously scanned the surroundings. Suddenly, something caught my attention, forcing me to halt. A majestic lion stood at the far end of the meadow. "Evony, my child." the lion began speaking to me in a soothing dar voice. "Aslan..." I whispered, my own barely audible. "Why are you here? And more importantly, why am I in Narnia?" I demanded. "I can understand your confusion, but everything has a purpose. You must learn to listen to your heart." he cryptically replied.

Though I despised his cryptic message, before I could respond, the world began to crumble around me, literally. The light transformed into darkness, and the lush grass beneath my feet dissolved into earth.

Confusion gripped me as I blinked, uncertain of my surroundings. Sunrays filtered through the towering trees, granting me glimpses of the are. I looked around, a burned-out bonfire catching my eye, two horses tethered to a nearby tree, yet Caspian was nowhere to be found. Fear and worry consumed me as I sprinted down a steep hill, nearly tripping over discarded shoes and clothes hanging from a branch. In my panic, I shouted his name into the morning, only to be met with eerie silence. What if the evil had already captured him? As I raced onward, a breathtaking river drew my attention, its sparkling waters captivating me. But it wasn't just the river that mesmerized me; it was what, or rather, who stood within it. With his broad, tanned back turned towards me, the water just barely reaching to the lower part of his back. My mouth agape, I couldn't tear my eyes away as his glistening muscles flexed in the sunlight, his hair shining as he washed it. Suddenly, Caspian began to turn in my direction, but with a simble leap, I concealed myself behind a nearby tree, my heart pounding frantically as I attempted to quiet its rapid beats.
