A/N: Please remember this is a fan fiction. I know couples have to be married for way longer in order to be able to adopt. Also, Yujin might talk more than normal five year olds, but it's just for the sake of the story <3

"Alright, the contract is signed. When's the wedding?" Ricky asks them as he smirks at Zhang Hao.

Gyuvin isn't all too happy with this since he saw just how much Hanbin and Matthew loved each other. Plus, he's still friends with both of them, so he'd be really happy if they got back together. But he'll support whatever Hanbin chooses to do in his life.

"Well, it should be as soon as possible." Hanbin tells them. "Maybe in two days?" He suggests.

"Is tomorrow too soon?" Zhang Hao asks him. He doesn't know where he got the courage to ask that. Maybe it's because he just wants to adopt Yujin as soon as possible.

"Tomorrow?" Hanbin thinks about it for a while. "Well yeah, that's okay too. It'd have to be after college though."

"Yeah, that's fine." Zhang Hao nods. "I just want to get Yujin out of there as soon as possible."

"Yeah, I understand." Hanbin nods. "So then tomorrow it is." He stands up and takes one of the contracts. They had made two contracts so they could keep one each. "Well, it was nice meeting you, Zhang Hao. I'll get going now." Hanbin extends his hand out for him to shake.

"Yeah, it was nice meeting you, too." Zhang Hao nods and shakes his hand.

Hanbin and Gyuvin say goodbye to them before walking out of the cafe as Ricky immediately turns to Zhang Hao. "Woah, he's handsome." Ricky smirks at him.

"Yeah, he's alright." Zhang Hao shrugs, starting to put the contract away and trying to act unbothered.

"Yeah, 'alright'... I kept seeing you stealing glances at him. I'm sure you thought he was more than alright."

"You're just seeing things." Zhang Hao puts the contract away and stands up. "I was just looking at him since I'll be seeing him a lot for the next five months."

"Yeah, sure... okay." Ricky just nods. "What are you doing now?"

"I'm going to go visit Yujin at the orphanage. I'm going to let him know I'll be getting him out of there soon. I'll talk to you later." Zhang Hao starts walking out of the cafe.

"Wait, I'll come with you." Ricky quickly stands up and follows Zhang Hao out of the cafe.

Zhang Hao would tell Ricky about the fact that he had already met Hanbin before, but he knows Ricky's not the best at keeping secrets. He doesn't spill the secrets to be a bad person, he's just bad at keeping them to himself.

He knows Ricky would end up telling Gyuvin and then Gyuvin would tell Hanbin, so he'd rather stay quiet about this.

Once they get to the orphanage, they sit on a bench and wait for Yujin to come out. "This place looks..." Ricky looks around. "Kind of creepy."

"Yeah, I know. Do you understand why I want to get Yujin out of here?" Zhang Hao asks him. "Plus, other kids bother him and no one does anything about it."

"The good thing is you'll be able to get him out of here soon."

"Hao!" Yujin comes rushing towards them and jumps into Zhang Hao's arms.

"Hey, little one. How are you doing?" Zhang Hao asks him after pulling away from the hug.

"Better." Yujin lies. He may only be five, but he saw how sad Zhang Hao was last time when he told him he hated it here.

"Hey, Yujin, Zhang Hao here has a surprise for you." Ricky tells him.

"Really? What is it?" Yujin smiles.

"You're going to be coming home with me soon." Zhang Hao tells him.

"What? Really? How? Can't you take me with you right now?"

"Not right now, but very soon." Zhang Hao nods. "So just hang in there, okay? I'll be taking you home soon."

The next day came around, which meant Hanbin and Zhang Hao were getting married today. Hanbin walks towards his college. He walks a little slower than usual. He kind of wants the day to go by slowly. Marrying a stranger wasn't in his plans at all, but he really didn't see another way out.

As he's walking, he sighs when he's stopped by Matthew. "Do you need something?" Hanbin asks him.

"I know I deserve this." Matthew tells him. "But can we talk? I know I hurt you, so I've tried giving you space... But it's already been a year. Can I explain myself?"

"I don't think it's the right time." Hanbin shakes his head. "I have to get to college." He's about to walk away, but Matthew takes his arm.

"It really won't take long. Please let me explain."

As Zhang Hao's walking towards his college, he sees Hanbin and Matthew talking. Matthew keeps taking Hanbin's arm, stopping him from walking away. For some reason, Zhang Hao feels a weird feeling in his heart.

Maybe it's because they're supposed to get married today and he's really nervous. What if Hanbin ends up not wanting to get married anymore if he fixes things with Matthew?

But they signed a contract... he wouldn't do that, right?

Zhang Hao just keeps walking, hoping Hanbin doesn't see him. Thankfully, he doesn't see him since he's still talking to Matthew.

"Nothing happened between me and him after our relationship started, Hanbin. I swear." Matthew tells him. "You were the only one I loved, but I was too scared to end things with him."

"I just don't understand why you couldn't have just trusted me. Why didn't you tell me the truth? I could've helped you, Matthew. I knew just how horrible your ex was."

"I'm sorry." Matthew looks down. "I tried breaking up with him so many times, but he would threaten me. I was so scared, Hanbin. I was scared he'd do something to me... or to you... but I loved you so much so I couldn't just let you go."

"It still hurts..." Hanbin tells him. "But if what you're saying is true and nothing happened between you two while we were together, it makes me feel a little better."

"I know there's no way you can forgive me so suddenly, but could you please try? I'm not trying to make excuses for what I did. I know I was in the wrong, but please try to put yourself in my place. You got to know him."

"You're right." Hanbin nods. "You always looked so scared and would do anything he'd ask you to. He even tried to make you stop hanging out with me and Gyuvin."

"Hanbin, I hope we can at least be friends." Matthew tells him. "I don't expect you to forgive me and for us to get back together. I would love it if that happened, but I know I probably don't deserve for you to take me back. Just please let me be there for you as a friend."

Hanbin stays quiet for a while. For some reason, the hurt feeling he had been feeling for the past year, starts going away.

"Okay... I want to try to forgive you." Hanbin nods.

"Thank you, Hanbin. This means so much to me." Matthew feels his eyes starting to water as he pulls him in for a hug.

-

"Why isn't he here yet? Where is he?" Ricky asks Gyuvin.

It's already time for Zhang Hao and Hanbin's wedding, but Hanbin isn't here yet. He's already five minutes late. "I don't know. He's not answering his phone." Gyuvin tells him. "I've been trying to call him since the morning."

Zhang Hao sighs. He was probably right. Hanbin's not coming. It seems like he fixed things with Matthew, so he probably won't show up.
