Teal and Sunsets

Widow was walking around the ship pacing, they were sent to smuggle weapons to freedom fighters from Ryloth, not a day has passed she didn't think about Ryloth, what became of Howzer after everything fell apart, she couldn't even stomach the thought of his chip activating and he's just a shell of the man he once was. It didn't take someone with Hunters keen sense to tell she was anxious about this, she didn't know what to expect, Echo had tried to offer her his portion of rations, Tech tried to offer reassuring words but when she didn't respond Tech thought it would be best to keep quite, Wrecker had tried to offer her a small sparing match while they traveled but Widow declined, Omega was asleep for the time being which the red head was grateful for she knew Omega would try anything to lighten her mood and right now Widow is far to consumed in her thoughts. Then there was Hunter, he wasn't sure how to approach her, he knew who was on Ryloth that is so important to her, he knows that shes worried for this person and his squad and he also knew that she needed to work this out on her own.

All of the sudden Tech starts the landing protocols for the Havocc, Omega wakes up as they land she smiles as she pops her head out from her makeshift room and quickly frowned when she sees Widow pacing around, Omega climbs down from her room and hugs Widows waist. Widow wasn't expecting the embrace, she looks down and smiles at Omega, quickly kneeling down so that way she can embrace the child back tightly. Widow cant help the small smile that dawns on her lips as she feels Omega tighten her hold on her. "Thanks Mega" Widow says softly as they release each other from their hug, they can hear the shuffling out side, both of them did not notice that the others had already made their way outside with the weapons.

As they made their way outside the ship Widow is greeted by three wide Twi'lek eyes, As she makes her way towards her men she is stopped by a yellow skinned Twi'lek "So you are the notorious Widow?" she says with her accent thick from her home world "We have heard much about you from Howzer." She smiles at Widow softly. Widow couldn't help but smile and nod at her as she makes her way to stand next to Hunter, there is no doubt in her mind that Hunter cant hear how fast her heart is pounding but she is appearing as her up right ready for action stance at any moment. Hunter looks down at her with a worry running across his eyes as he looks at her for a brief moment.

Widow looked around at the three standing before her and smiles softly at the youngest "Hera" she pauses and smiles at the young Twi'lek "You sure have grown since I last saw you" Widow smiles at her "Well it happens when you haven't seen someone for a while" the young Hera pops off with a smile before she walks up to Widow and hugs her, The older woman couldn't help but smile and hug her back "How are you parents?" Widow ask but before Hera could respond she was cut off by the older Blue male Twi'lek "That is why we need the weapons, for her parents." he states "Widow this is Golbi, Cids contact" Hunter introduces her to him. Widow straightens her posture and looks at Golbi, "Is it true?" Golbi ask her "Are you really The Widow?" he finishes and looks at her "I am but why are you asking?" She responds with eyebrows furrowed together at him. "I was told if I were ever to run into you that you need to get to Ryloth immediately." Golbi explains his eyes almost pleading with her, Widow instantly tenses up but she feels Hunters hand on the small of her back reassuring her that she not alone. She calms down slightly but is still on the defense "Oh yeah? May I ask who told you this? When were you told this?" Widow calmly ask Golbi "A mutual ally" he pauses with a small smile "We were given those orders two rotations ago" Golbi finishes explaining to Widow.

Her heart was racing she knew she had to go down to Ryloth, but at the same time she knows she has many more reasons to stay with her family and leave this all behind. She feels the hand that is on her back gently push her forward towards the Twi'leks "Go" Hunter orders, Widow couldn't help but look up to him in disbelief "No, I cant. I won-" she starts to plea her case "We will be fine without you for a few rotations, I know how much these people and those men down there mean to you Wid" Hunter explains softly as his eyes are meeting down to her own eyes. Widow couldn't help but be surprised, she noticed that Hera long ago went to go and talk to Omega, she looks around to the others and she is greeted with nothing but reassuring smiles and head nods. She quickly looks back to Hunter who is smiling softly at her "If you run into a situation that you cant get out of you know how to get ahold of us." Hunter says as he leans down and kisses her softly on her lips, she couldn't help but lean into his kiss and wrap her arms around his shoulders as they ended their kiss and hugged each other tightly.
