Chapter 1: Welcome to Team Rainbow

*Author note* As I'm writing this story Rainbow Six Siege year 8 season 2 is going. I am going to be changing some things up.
1. Harry is still alive.
2. I may be adding Deimos into the story but that is going to happen later on in the story.
3. Nighthaven is still part of  Team Rainbow but Ela, Smoke, Finka, IQ and Pulse still join Nighthaven but after Finka gets back to Operation Amber Sky.
4. What ever operators that join team rainbow after NightHaven leaves  will still be in the story.
5. I am going to use the operators callsigns and their real names most of the time.
6. Due to that, Nomads they are going (GR) and (R6) to identify them.
7. Y/n is not going to be in Operation Motherland.

It as been 25 years since Y/n came to earth. After being a adopted by the L/n family they loved Y/n like their own flesh and blood son and he loved them as much, like his biological parents. At the age of 18 he told them that he is going to join the army even after offered to go to college on a football scholarship. F/n and M/n don't argue with Y/n about it. In 2008 he joined the army as part of the 82nd Airborne Division. Then he became army ranger and after that he became a green beret. On a mission as a green beret he met Nomad. After that he was selected to become a Ghost.

3rd POV:
The year is 2025

It has been month since Operation Greenstone. We see Y/n in his apartment outside of Fort Bragg in North Carolina. (Yes I know that is Fort Liberty in real life now but I am keeping it in the Tom Clancy universe.) Y/n is having breakfast and watching the news.

News reporter: Today Team Rainbow stopped a hostage situation at a bank in New York City after a group of White Mask took over the bank.
As was eating his call phone started to ring and saw the caller ID it said Colonel Scott Mitchell. After seeing the caller ID he picked up the call phone and answered it.

Y/n: (phone call) Hello Col. Mitchell what can I do for you sir?

Col. Mitchell: Sorry to bother you on your day off Major. Can I get you to come to my office on base?  They're are some people that want to talk to you.

Y/n: Sir yes I'll be in.

Col. Mitchell: Good.  See you when you get here.

After Y/n finished the phone call with Col. Scott Mitchell. He changed from a shirt and shorts into his BDUs that had  the patch for Ghost Recon and grabbed his watch, paracord bracelet and his original spot boots.
