Some persons are so precious for us that we can't even imagine to lose them. Among those persons our parents comes at the top. We love them, respect them, care for them, but some barriers prevent us to express all those fully. Hesitation plays prominent role in that case along with age factor.

For example we can't be free with our parents in teen age or after teen age like we used to do in our childhood. When we children don't grow up for our parents then why do we count our age and allow that to be a barrier in our bonding with our parents? Absolutely there's no such valid reason. So, won't it be better to be a child to our parents always in the way they think of us?

Subhanwita was too carefree near her parents being a single child to them. She was the perfect girl of her father while her mother had been trying to inculcate seriousness in her about responsibilities. Both mother daughter had relationship like a strict teacher and a mischievous student who causes new kind of headache to teacher everyday.

But her marriage or it can be said as unexpected marriage made her hesitated at the very mention of meeting her parents. This time she wasn't the same girl she used to be for her parents. Her hesitation made her someone else whom she didn't know herself even.

Subhanwita was in her world of thoughts while following Arjun towards the main door of her house. Arjun rang the bell, and Shreyansh came to open the door.

"Hlo uncle! We are here to visit you and to seek your blessing as per the ritual," Arjun broke the silence while father daughter duo were staring at each other.

"Please come in," Shreyansh spoke handling the surprise he just received at his door.

"Who was there, Subha's papa?" A curious Anusmita came to hall.

"This girl! Why has she come here?" Anusmita got angry as soon as she saw Subhanwita.

"Maa, please listen to me once," Subhanwita forwarded some steps towards her mother for a better approach.

"Tell her that I don't want to listen anything from her, and I am not her mother even," Anusmita declared making Subhanwita stop in middle.

"Anu, control yourself," Shreyansh interfered in between mother and daughter like he used to do before.

"You have to listen, Maa. I have a reason behind this marriage, and the reason is........," Losing her calm Subhanwita was about to give the secret away, but Arjun came forward stopping her from doing so.

"And the reason is we couldn't afford to lose each other. That was why we had to marry in this way. I know you both were hurt by our deeds. We can't heal that wound, but can we get a chance to make that wound worthy for you both gifting happiness in return? Please, Maa!" Arjun urged politely, and at last he uttered the word which his lips forgot in these years.

"Children don't have to fold hand in front of mother for any wish. Have a sit here, and let me bring something for you," The last word uttered by Arjun performed its magic making Anusmita parted away Arjun's folded hands affectionately.

Anusmita caressed Arjun's cheeks in happy tears. Advising him to sit she went inside kitchen. Subhanwita was just looking her mother in awe. Anusmita came with some snacks, and after serving she went back to kitchen again.

There were few close relatives in Subhanwita's house who sat with the couple for a chit chat. After a short lunch was served on dining table. Completing lunch Subhanwita took Arjun to her room in excuse of resting for a while.

"I know whatever you did must be for a good, but I wanna know the reason," Locking the door Subhanwita literally rushed to Arjun.

"Do you trust me?" He asked calmly.

"More than my heart beats, Arjun!" Her emotions behind her words were visible in her eyes.

Listening his name from her he focused his stare at her for few seconds which made her lowering eyes in shyness.

"Then you have to wait to get your answer," He told earning a small nod from her.

Spending afternoon in Subhanwita's house Arjun along with Subhanwita took leave from there in evening. Arjun had pacified Subhanwita's parents to a large extent with his behaviour. Reaching Avasthi mansion Arjun and greeted Kritika with smiles before heading back to their room.

"Arjun, I am sorry. I should haven't done like that," Subhanwita had realised her mistake till then.

"It's good that you realised your mistake. Why did you think that revealing truth would be a wise step?" Arjun's calmness has surprised and impressed Subhanwita at the same time.

"Actually I thought after listening everything my parents will easily forgive us," She replied in a low voice.

"Revealing the truth you would have hurt them more, Subhi. How would have they reacted after listening goons tried to kidnap you and one of them tried to force himself on you?" His calmness replaced by concern in his voice.

"I am sorry. I should haven't reminded that to you. No one should know about what had happened with you or else your character would be dragged into unnecessary issues. I am not afraid of society, but I just don't want this," Noticing she being uncomfortable he apologized.

"Arjun, is this marriage a sympathy to me?" Tears filled her eyes along with torment in her throat.

"Absolutely not, Subhi. I hate sympathy. What I hate for myself how can I give that to you? This marriage isn't a sympathy to you from my side," He wiped her tears softly.

"If those media persons hadn't spotted me with you after you rescued me then would you have married me?" She asked shedding some more tear drops.

"I don't know certainly. Just remember one thing that I couldn't let you suffer and stumble in that situation. I can't define our marriage for now, and you can't also. So, it would be better to wait for a suitable ambiance to analyse this answer. Let's wait," Wiping her tears he placed his hand on her head who was just looking at him reflecting all her soft feelings in her eyes.

Withdrawing herself from eye lock she hugged him tightly pouring her love and gratitude for him. He placed his hand on her head once more getting a tighter hug over himself along with the softest touch of her cheek on his chest due to her snuggling.
