CHAPTER 6:ATHELIA

I was woken up by the smell of food.l checked the time and it was ten in the morning.

Natalie and Valerie were not in the room.l changed from my pjs and wore  a baggy t_shirt.l exited the room and made my way to the kitchen.

"YOU FOOL I'LL KILL YOU ETHAN".Ethan is really a troublemaker what has he done now.

I enter the kitchen and find Sebastian tackling Ethan on the floor.

"I'm sorry Seb but it was hilarious seeing your face".Ethan starts laughing.

"You're hopeless man".Seb says standing up.

"Morning Patrick and Seb slept well?".

"Sponge hey and yes we slept well right Seb".He chuckles.

"Yeah right l would have slept well if it wasn't for your snoring.You see Athelia he doesn't snore he sounds like a coal train".l laugh

"I don't bestie don't listen to her he loves sleeping with me right Sebby  don't deny your love".Ethan says in a girly voice.Seb looks like he has given up so he simply leaves the kitchen to the lounge.

"By the way where are the others"l ask Ethan taking my seat on the kitchen table and start eating cereal.

"Natalie and Valerie went into town to buy ingredients for pancakes they should be back by now and Kane said he had some business to take care of then Rune didn't say where he was going".As he finished speaking Natalie and Valerie entered.

"He was so hot though".

"But was a douche".

"Says you with his number"Natalie laughs.

And says"What can l say l am irresistable"She flicks her hair.

Then Valerie comes and gives me a hug."Goodmorning baby"She says

"Hey Val how are you"l mumble.

"Good hey E"She smiles warmly.

"We have given each other nicknames already love"Ethan smirks.

"In your dreams dude your name is just boring to say".Valerie says and goes to the lounge where there is Seb who is reading a novel.

Time flies by quickly and l excuse myself and go back to my room to get ready for the dinner with Kane's parents.Rune didn't comeback either.l wonder where he had to go.The boy was surely mysterous.

I take a quick shower and go and sit in my dressing table and do my makeup.l usually don't put on makeup as l don't have enough money to pay for my makeup.

So l put on a little makeup and lipgloss.l go to my closet and takeout the only formal fancy dress l have.l had spent a year saving up for the dress.

It was a black bodycon sleeveless dress it went till mid thigh.Then l put on my torn out converse and took a small bag then went out the female apartments.

Where Kane's family driver was waiting for me.On my way outside.l bumped on someone because the lights at the entrance were slightly faulty so they had gone off.

"Who is your next target now huh.Or are you just the lady that work during the night how cheap".I looked up and met Rune's forest green eyes.

"Its none of your business Rune leave me alone"What does he even think of himself.

"So how much for a night"he says.

"If you're insinuating that l am a prostitute then you're mistaken, either way why am l explaining myself to you"l say about to walk off.

"Let me tell you something princess you're mine.You became mine the day you decided to enter this school and nobody can change that and let me tell you l don't like cheap whores".He says with fire in his voice.

"Says the real whore from the rumours l have heard you're the real whore.Sleeping with this school's half of the female population leave me alone Rune".Suddenly l was pushed to the wall.

"Princess l don't like people who talk back to me"He growls.

"I don't care Rune what are you gonna do strip me peniless.Well for your own informatiom l am already penniless.So l don't give two fucks".l growled back.

He laughs dryly"Well you're just in luck princess because l have the right punishment for you .Even if you talk rudely to me and try pushing me you're already mine and nobody can change that not even you".l push him off me.He only smirks in return.
"Go in Rune Samantha's waiting for you".l quickly walk away into the car Kane sent.

The driver takes off to wherever we were going.l couldn't help but think about what Rune said.

l don't neccessarily like badboys.l like the ones more like Seb.Good guys who might just treat you right,but sometimes a girl needs a little bad in her life.Not Rune bad because he might just destroy my whole life.

After sometime the driver parks infront of a restuarant.l get out and make my way inside.Who would have thought that l would be here one day.This place is surely fancy.

I make my way inside.Then a waiter comes to me."Hello mam how can we help you".

"I am looking for Kane".l say.
"Oh yes right this way mam and must l say you surely look like her".look like who she must be drunk.

I open the door to the private section and Four pairs of eyes look my way.l see Kane and l guess that's his family.

I make my way to the table snd take a sit next to a little girl about ten to eleven years old.

"Greetings"l say to them honestly l didn't know what to say.Who invites a random poor girl to dinner for no reason.

"Mom,Dad this is Athelia the girl l told you about"They both look at me intensely.l try looking at them too but l fail.Why are they even looking at me like that.

Kane's mum starts breaking down and his father starts comforting him.
Weird family why is she crying l'm a visitor after all.

She dried her tears then said"She looks a lot like her".

"Who do l look like mam".They looked at each other then said.

"Your grandma"l was now confused my grandma l don't have one.

"Athelia dear we are your parents"To say l was shocked was an underestimate.
