"So what happened with Ranpo?"

The nurse looked up at Fukuzawa, Dazai and Akutagawa. To be fair, I'm only here because of Dazai. "Sleep serum. He drank a drink that included sleep serum. Did he drink something before he passed out?" The nurse asked Dazai, chewing his bottom lip. Dazai nods. "He was drinking juice. After he did, he looked all sleepy and tired."

"Throw that juice away. Someone probably put sleep serum in it and it's best if people don't pass out and stay asleep or unconscious." The nurse instructed. Fukuzawa stood up. "I'll go back and do that." He looked at the nurse. "How long will he be asleep?"

"The serum is quite strong, so I assume like, 2 months."

Dazai and Akutagawa stare at the nurse in shock, as Fukuzawa sighs. "Alright." He left the hospital room.

Akutagawa rests his head on his hand. The nurse smiled at the two and left. "Shit." Dazai mutters, gripping his fist. "What happened Dazai?" Akutagawa asked. Dazai looked back at him. "We clearly can't wait 2 months for Ranpo to wake up. If we do, the murderer will kill everyone and we leave the novel later. We don't want that. We're going to have find out who's the murderer ourselves."

He groans. "This murderer is smart..."

Dazai and Akutagawa stayed awkwardly silent for a minute before Akutagawa stood up. "I'm gonna go. I don't want Atsushi complaining that I came late again." Akutagawa told Dazai, who smirks. "Oh, speaking of Atsushi, Chuuya told me yesterday-"

"DON'T BRING IT UP."

"-that you pinned Atsushi to the bed while holding his neck." Dazai continues, grinning. "What were you doing??" He asks, and Akutagawa blushes. "Nothing. He was just pissing me off and I wanted him to shut up so I tried to strangle him."

"That's still kinda intense."

Akutagawa rolled his eyes. "Compared to you and Chuuya it's really not." He walks off with Dazai staring at him.

Atsushi came up to Akutagawa straight away when he came back. "How's Ranpo?" Atsushi asked, grabbing onto Akutagawa sleeve and shaking him a little bit. "Uh, he's going to be asleep for 2 months and we have to find the murderer ourselves." Akutagawa explained, getting Atsushi off his arm.

"That's so great." Atsushi says sarcastically, going to the bathroom. "That's fucking shit!" Akutagawa sat on his bed. He looks at the clock.

Tick tock.

I'm bored.

Atsushi came out the bathroom and sat next to Akutagawa. He looks at him. "Want to do something?" He asked, and Akutagawa shrugged. "I don't know, what do you want to do?"

"Uhh, wanna cook something?"

"Are you hungry or something?" Akutagawa asks. "But sure, I'll make pasta." He said, going into to the small counter in their room. "Uh, could you teach me how?"

Akutagawa froze for a second and glares at Atsushi. "You don't know how to make pasta?"

"I was never taught how to make anything..." Atsushi muttered, staring at the floor. "Oh, yeah, your orphanage." Akutagawa realizes. "Fine, I'll teach you. But if you don't focus I will not be doing anything again. So FOCUS."

Atsushi claps his hands excitedly, smiling. "Thanks Akutagawa!" Akutagawa bit his lip and began doing his thing (you know making the pasta. I'm too lazy to actually write every detail).

Atsushi was eating his food and Akutagawa placed his plate in the sink. As much as he hated to admit, it wasn't that bad. Ok, getting along with him is getting easier. Thank gosh. Atsushi finished eating and put his plate away.

"That was good!" Atsushi smiled. Akutagawa smiled a little bit. "Wait, you actually smiled." Atsushi pokes Akutagawa's cheek. "Oh, shut up."

Suddenly, they heard alot of noise coming from outside. Alot of shouting, alot of talking. Akutagawa and Atsushi both look at the door and Akutagawa opens it. "What happened?"

"I don't know." Atsushi replied.

Akutagawa rushed to the top floor to see what was going on. He looked around and found Dazai. "Hey, Dazai!" He rushed up to him and Dazai turned around. "Yeah?"

"What on Earth happened??" Akutagawa questioned.

"Naomi was found dead in her hotel room."
