Twenty Three: Gear and Watch

Lucina's POV:

We all looked at 'Dark MK', "Well..." it begins to change its colors and changing its shape into a black and gray entity with one eye, "call me Gear and Watch..." And Gear and Watch turns its arms into blades.

It swung their arms at us and we all dodged it just in time. "Everyone stay out of its reach!" I shouted out and up with Ren and MK behind a pillar as the rest of the group engaged Gear and Watch. "MK, Ren, are you boys ready?" MK nods and Ren pulls out his dagger and handgun, "Ready as always!" I stared at him completely shocked, "Do you always carry that thing?" I asked. "What? The dagger?" "No the- never mind! We have a bigger threat to deal with!"

I lead the two boys to charge at the machine. I saw Sora and Roy being thrown away to the bleachers. Cloud and Pythra charging at them as well, "Pythra, I use 'Cross Slash' and you follow up with 'Blazing End' got it?" He orders and 'True' Pythra emerges, "I hear you loud and clear Strife! Let's get this party started!" He jumps towards it before being swatted away. "Goldilocks!" Pythra yells out before being swatted away as well. Ren begins to open fire at the machine. "It's not doing anything at all!" He complains. "I guess we have to get in close and personal, let's go MK!" We both charged at it alongside with Link, Dark Pit, and Zelda.

"Dark Pit use your bow to attack from afar and see if you can at least leave a dent on it!" I ordered Dark Pit and he made distance between us. "Guess it's a good time for me to finally use these bad boys!" Link pulls out- "IS THAT A BOMB?!" I yelled at him. "Don't worry it won't explode unless I detonate it!" Link comments. "That better be true!" I yelled. "Now, MK you're with me and Zelda try to burn it!"

"Got it Lucina!" I watch her preform an attack, "DIN'S FIRE!" She launches a fireball at Gear and Watch stunning it momentarily. "You brats are going to regret every action you've made upon me!" Gear and Watch warned us. "My turn!" Dark Pit launches a fury of 'Light Arrows' at it. Most of them are penetrating through Gear and Watch with little effort. "We're having a breakthrough! Keep up on the offensive!" I cheered. Link chucks the bomb at and was able to make it groan in pain in some way. "NOW MK!" We both jumped at aiming our swords at its head. "I don't think so." It quickly moved out of our way and kicked both of us to the bleachers. MK crashed first followed by me crashing into him. "AUGH!" I cried out. "Now to eliminate the orphan and the girl." I watched helplessly as its blades turned into guns aimed at us. "LINK, ZELDA! AIM FOR THE ARMS WITH YOUR FIREBALLS AND THE BOMBS!" Dark Pit yells and they do just exactly that.

First the bomb and then Zelda's fireballs made impact on its arms. I can actually hear it shatter as well. "So you're asking for a death wish I see?" Gear and Watch turned its attention to them. With its back facing me I see a window of opportunity, "IT'S MY TURN TO BITE BACK NOW!" I quickly got up, grabbed my Falchion, and made a deep cut down along its back. It shrieks out in pain. "MK!" I called out to him and he also makes a cut at its back. "Why you..." We all quickly stood away just in case it was going to make another move on us. Gear and Watch turns to stare at all of us."I'm starting to grow tired of you vermin. Time to turn all of you into ashes." It opens fire at at and we all scattered away. I hid behind another wall and saw it chase down the Hyrulean Couple.

"LINK, ZELDA RUN!" I shouted at them but was too late because he grabbed both of them by their necks and chokeslammed both of them to the ground. "DARK PIT, REN, MK, HELP ME ON SAVING THEM!" I ordered the remaining boys left standing. "Stand aside!" Dark Pit yells as he charges his Shoulder Speakers to generate a Sonic Boom. He slams his foot on the ground to generate said Boom but he didn't even flinch. "What?!" He was shocked. "Pathetic!" He throws both Link and Zelda at him. The three of them crashed at the other bleachers.

I see Ren opening fire at Gear and Watch with his pistol but still having no affect. It turns it's attention to him, "Are you that stupid to forget that your gun wasn't affecting me at all?" He taunts him before swats him away. It stares at me once more, "Now you Yamamoto, what are you made of..." it steps closer to me. I have no where to run. I'm completely cornered. Before I met my fate I saw Gear and Watch being attacked by someone else, "MK!" I cheered as he takes on the monster head on. "Well if it isn't the orphan I was told of by my liege." I can only assume it was mocking MK. MK of course doesn't say a word but unleashes his own fury at the monster. With enough beatings it backed away from him.

"You teenagers may have won for now. But mark my words, none of you will come out alive the next time we meet..." Gear and Watch changes shape into a crow and flies out of the gym.

I see everyone walking towards me, "Is everyone okay?" I asked all of them. "We're not okay..." Link tells me with Dark Pit and Zelda behind him rubbing their ribs. "Me and Sora are far from okay!" Roy and Sora are limping towards us. "Roy, are your bones broken?" Ren rushed to Roy nearly tripping. Cloud is carrying Pythra over his shoulders. "I'm somewhat okay. Pythra on the other hand..." "I'm feeling a bit broken... can you carry me like this back home so I can have Rexy take care of me?" Pythra asks Cloud and he just drops her to the floor, "OOP-" "Not a chance."

I sighed and helped her up on her feet. I see MK approaching me. "Are you okay MK?" He nods. "That's good to know." I let out a smile to him. "MK, can you get Nurse Rosalina please?" He nods and leaves to get her.

Rob's POV:

"So Dark Samus, what do you think?" I present her a glass eye. She sighs, "That won't fit it at all..." "Very well then, I guess you're stuck with one eye." I placed the glass eye away. "Rob are you in here?" I can hear that weirdo Susie coming in my laboratory. "Yes I'm in here, what do you want?" I asked her in a annoyed tone. "A crow just landed on my shoulder and it just told me to bring it to you." She shows me the crow in question. "Ah! Gear and Watch!" I grabbed him away from her arms and placed him down.

"Well, got anything to say?" I asked him before he changes shape, "Let's just say that you clearly underestimated on how much the orphan knows a lot about his friends. They barraged us with questions and I only know about his two friends, the red headed Roy and the foreign student Joker. The other questions however were far too difficult for me. And let's just say that I even fought them all including Dark Pit my liege." I looked at him, "Tell me you won." I said to him. "I would had won if it wasn't for that orphans sheer determination to defend the girl you've been after since your first day of Junior Year." I growled at the fact the orphan probably won the fight. "That accursed orphan is the only obstacle between me and my love for Lucina."

I see Susie talking towards my loyal servant, "MK won a fight against you!? Oooooooo~ my sweet blueberry muffin is strong!" She sighs. Dark Samus growls, "Listen here spirit, I've became familiar with freaks in the high school and I think you're the biggest example besides that Three-Faced freak Pythra!" Susie looks up her, "Why you-" "ENOUGH ALL OF YOU!" I shouted, "I need to think of a new plan to ruin the orphans life and claim Lucina as mines..."

Lucina's POV:

I was laying down in bed talking with everyone in the group chat.

Besties for Life

Lucina: Are any of you guys
going to be free this weekend?

Pythra: I might be free this weekend if
I'm not going on a date!

Link: Me and Zelda are going to be free!

Cloud: Yeah I'll be free.

Sora: Same here!

Ren: Me, Roy, and MK are available!

MK: Actually Lucina

Lucina: Yes MK?

MK: I'm wondering if you would
go on a date to the the music festival
that's coming this weekend with
everyone else in here?

Lucina: Oh Naga yes please!

I placed my phone down and tried to contain the flush of joy. Music Festival this weekend! I fell asleep knowing that this weekend is about to be special.
