Thirty One: Leadup to the Date

Third Person POV:

Tuesday, November 10th

The students are watching a close match between Lucario and Rob as they struggle for dominance in the arena. Rob was knocked back after tanking a fully charged 'Aura Sphere.' "I can't believe we're fighting for so long and none of us have gone down yet!" Rob complains as Lucario laughs. "You're not even trying at all!" He mocks him and it was enough to infuriate Rob to the point he charges at him relentlessly. "NO ONE DARES TO HUMILIATE ME!" Rob shouts.

Meanwhile at the bleachers both Link and Zelda sparked a conversation. "Hey Zelda," Link starts, "Yes Link?" She replies, "So you know how both MK and Lucina just became official yesterday?" "Yeah why?" Link looks around quickly before he whispers, "Hear me out..."

At the other side Pythra is talking to Lucina and giving her advice. "Well since both you and MK are official I believe it's best that both of you should go in your first date as boyfriend and girlfriend." Lucina replies, "A date with him would be perfect. I'm just wondering, where though." 'True' Pythra appears and whispers, "I think both you should go to the sauna again. And just got two~"

"N-NO!" Lucina shouts at her. Back at the stage Lucario was being to lose control over their battle. "The tides has shifted in my favor!" Rob declares. "You act like that's going to deter me from attempting to take you down you underdeveloped cyborg!" Lucario taunts Rob which only enrages him even more. "GRRRRRAAAAAAAHHHH!" Rob shouts at Lucario in a fit of rage.

"Anything but a sauna date." Lucina continues. "But I want point out the fact that his face was getting a little too close to your-" Lucina cuts Pythra off by closing her mouth, "NO MORE! Please..." 'Pyra' regains control, "Sorry about that." She rubs her arm in shame. "I know, it wasn't you in particular but rather your other personality." Lucina replies. Approaching them is both Link and Zelda.

"Hey you two!" She greets them. "Hey Lucy! So me and Link have a plan at the weekend!" Zelda tells Lucina. "Really? What's the idea you two have in mind?" "Well-" Zelda was cut off when everyone in the gym heard a loud crash in the center of the stage. Lucario falls to the ground as Rob sweats. "I can't believe it lasted this long..." He also collapsed to the ground as he succumbs to the exhaustion. Zelda then continues, "As I was saying, you and MK should go on your first date!" "That's actually what I was trying to think about." Lucina replies. "However, it's going to be a double date!" Zelda tells her. "A d-double date?!" Lucina replies with a terrified tone.

"Wait actually, this will be a good opportunity for MK to know more about you two." Pythra butts into the conversation. "Actually Pythra that's a good idea!" Zelda endorses it. "Well-" Lucina was cut off again after Link speaks up. "Now all we need to do is finding a perfect restaurant for us to go!" "GUYS!" Lucina raises her voice. They all looked at her. "I appreciate what the three of you are planning for me. But I think MK should be aware of what we all have in mind." She informs her friends. "Oh, right... I actually forgot he was under suspension..." Link rubs his head. Zelda sighs in annoyance, "Dummy... anyways I think you should ask MK if he'll be available to come to the double date!" "I'll give him a text during lunch." They all left the gym as the bell rang for their next class.

Lunch

Lucina was the first one to sit at their table. Before anyone else arrived she wrote a text to MK.

MK

Me: Hey MK are you doing anything this weekend?

She realized that she never changed his profile picture on her contacts. Lucina goes through her gallery to look for any good pictures. "Hm..." She comes across a picture she took of her MK, Roy, Ren, Link, and Zelda while they were walking home from Homecoming...
