A Twist to Montys Day

Monty decided to leave the daycare before his battery got low again. It was nice chilling with the daycare attendants, but he knew that if he didn't leave soon he would get distracted and get stuck there for the rest of the night or something. His battery was still at 72% when he left, so instead of going to a charging station like he usually did, he went into his room to close his eyes and preserve the remaining battery he had. It probably wasn't the smartest choice, but he obviously didn't care. So there he was on the couch in his room only half asleep. Instead of daydreaming about getting more money like he usually did, however, pictures of Moons flustered face popped up in the visions of his mind. He tried to shake his head to get rid of these visions, but they just kept coming. Why was he in love with Moon anyway? He had no idea. There were much hotter animatronics in the pizzeria and yet his mind decided to make him fall in love with the Moon.

Still, he couldn't fight it. Especially after now knowing that they both loved each other. To cut it short, his plan of going into rest mode instead of just charging didn't work. When he awoke from him visions, he was in a similar situation as before. 62% battery with a bunch of kids outside his door. It was better, but still not the best to wake up to. He fixed himself up before walking out the door once again, dodging kids and knocking over plants for the millionth time before chilling on the stage. Surprisingly he was the first one there with only three minutes to spare. Usually the rest were all ready to go at this time. He shortly realized why when all of them finally got to the stage. Both Roxanne and Chica had bags under their eyes, but were trying to hide it with sunglasses that matched his. Freddy looked fine, but still stood far away from them as if they were monsters.

"Another argument?" Monty asked the bear in a whisper.

Freddy nodded as he kept an eye on them both, "Chica was chewing too loud again."

"So what, have they been arguing all night over this?"

 "I guess so."

They both went silent to the sound of Roxanne growling as the stage began to raise. Skip a few minutes and the show is over. Not as many children were cheering, but it was probably because of the change in both of the girls appearances. Surprisingly, Monty didn't have a long list of children to meet either, so his day was basically filled with walking around and waving. At least until he was greeted by Alice, who was part of daytime security.

"Why hello!" Monty waved, "What's up?"

"Hi Monty! There has been a problem. Vanessa got sick so we were all wondering if you could take over her job until she comes back!" She informed the rockstar about this cheerfully. Obviously she wasn't a fan of Vanessa either.

Monty found this as perfect timing. After last night, he felt as if he needed to talk to Moon more after what happened last night with the vacuum.

"Sure thing!" Monty answered, repositioning his sunglasses. It was a nervous habit of his, "When does her shift normally start?"

Alice thanked Monty, giving him all of the info he needed before running off with a wave goodbye. Unlike Vanessa, she seemed to actually enjoy her job.

After she left, Monty didn't do much else exciting. He won a dance battle against a couple teenagers, but that was about it. He kept thinking about what the upcoming night was going to look like. All was well until around 5:00, when his battery had just dropped to 45%. At this time he was allowed to go back into his room, but with his new security job being that night he really needed to charge. There was still a lot of kids running around though, so the only options available were the one where children weren't allowed to go. He wasn't allowed in most of those places at this time either. It took him quite a while to find one, and when he did it was almost closing time. His battery had dropped to 30%.

 Well, isn't that great?

He wasn't able to do a full charge, however. He woke up at 86% battery with something flicking at the glass in front of his face. He looked up to see a familiar gloved hand disappear into the darkness that surrounded the charging station he was in. Well, Moon found him fast.
