Monty x Moon - The Unknown Duo

Romantic For Sure~

 The couple listened as the laughs faded into silence shortly after they spoke to one another. The laughing faces turned into ones of confusion when they saw the duo smirking, as if not even affected by the laughs. The confusion was obvious, making both Moon and Montgomery chuckle. Moon was now fully snuggled up against the reptile as the glamrock's long tail wrapped around him. It was surprisingly very comfortable to him, almost like a weirdly-shaped blanket. 

 "Why are y'all acting so surprised?" Monty asked jokingly.

 No answer. It was obvious that they didn't know what to say, and they honestly preferred it that way. A yawn escaped Moon's voice box as his eyes closed. His permanent smile was now faltered.

"Gosh, we really need to get you to bed, do we?"

 Moon only nodded slightly, being too tired to really pay attention to the meaning behind that question. Monty managed to pick him up bridal style with no problem, causing the two in front of them to chuckle. 

 "Is there another way up there?" He asked Sun, pointing up at the balcony. 

 The daycare attendant happily nodded, "There's a door in the theater with a poster on it that will take you directly into our rooms. I'm not really allowed to leave in order to lead you guys there, so..."

 "It's alright," Freddy assured him, "I think I know where that is! Are you sure that your going to be ok alone though."

  A loud crack from outside made Sun jump and let out a quick screech. Moon jolted awake as well, clutching onto Monty out of instinct before looking down to avoid anyone's gaze. Yeah, Sun definitely wasn't going to be alright alone. 

 "Ok, do you know what door Sun is talking about?" Freddy asked his fellow band member.

 Monty shook his head. 

 "I... know where it is..." Moon announced sleepily. 

 "Ok, so just in case Moon falls asleep..." Freddy explained, "Just wake him up when you get to the theater."

 "I can hear you still." Moon mumbled.

 Freddy apologized before putting all of his attention on Sun, and before the daycare attendant or anyone else could protest the couple was exiting the daycare alone yet again. 

 "So... tired." Moon complained. 

 "I know, it sucks that the power had to go out." Monty stated, "hopefully the power with turn back on soon, because my battery is getting low too."

 Another loud BOOM came, causing Moon to jolt up again with a big yelp. Monty managed to silence the daycare attendant as he made his way into the utility tunnels. The jester looked around as his partner ventured on with him in his grasp. It wasn't often that he walked through this area. With quite a few shortcuts, they managed to get to the theater. Moon had fallen asleep just seconds after they entered the dark utility tunnels as expected, and luckily for him Monty managed to dodge all of the people within the pizza plex. 

 "Moon, wake up!" Monty yelled in a whisper. 

 His eyes shot open as he sat up from his comfortable position in Monty's arms, "Huh?"

 "We're in the theater." Monty laughed. 

 "Oh, right!" Moon hopped out from Monty's grasp, "Follow me..." 

 Monty did so, surprised to see that it didn't take long for him to find it. He couldn't believe that he didn't see that door before. They both quickly entered, and Monty closed the door behind them as the naptime attendant walked up to the balcony. He didnt say anything, he just sat in place for a minute to ensure that his brother would be alright with Freddy before making his way to his room. Monty made sure to inform them that they had made it though before following Moon. By the time he made it into the dark room his partner had already trapped himself into a blanket burrito with his stuffed dog nighto.
