Valentine's Day

Today is the day, and already Moon is becoming stressed. The children have decided that now is the time to disobey him for naptime. They ran into all play structures, giggling and calling him rude names.

"If I hear another rude name Carlos I'm putting you in TIMEOUT!" Moon roared.

The kid went silent. About half of them did, and he didn't know how to feel about that. Sure, it showed that they knew that he was the boss here, but he still didn't want to be known as the scary one. Especially after all of these 'upgrades' that he had gotten recently. Since he knew all of the play structures better than the back of his hand, he managed to find most of them in the matter of seconds. He told Sun to watch over them from the balcony while he worked to find the last few.

 Where could those three be?

One of them was actually quite easy to find. They were hiding behind the security desk, and since that area is off limits to the children he was forced to put the child in time out for five minutes. The other two he found around ten minutes later when they decided to move to one of the towers in the daycare. The little gremlins were apparently constantly moving to avoid getting caught. They both looked terrified when they realized that Moon had found them.

"What's wrong starlights?" Moon asked, playing dumb.

"N-nothing!" One of them managed to blurt. They tried to escape before realizing that Moon blocked the only way out. Moon didn't really bother to remember names these days unless he really needed to know them. The one that managed to escape was one of the naughtier boys. That's all he needed to know to figure out that the child was lying. He was surprised to see who the other one was though. This one was a girl. One that he had never seen before, but she looked familiar. Almost like... the girl from his first kill.

The light turned on, causing Moon to crouch in order to prevent any light from hitting him. It gave the boy a little more room to escape, and with that he was gone. The girl was too scared to do anything though. She began crying out of fear. With a scan, Moon was able to see that the girl was at least six.

"H-hey its ok!" Moon stuttered, "I'm not going to hurt you."

The girl awkwardly shuffled away, whimpering, "Y-you killed my sister."

 Oh no...

"No, that wasn't me! It was my evil twin," Moon lied, "but he's gone now."

"Then why do you have the same name as him?" The child asked, not believing it.

"Because he pretended to be me. He stole my name. With the help of Sun and the workers here we got rid of him though."

 "Y-you promise?"

 "Promise."

The intertwined pinkies to make a pinky promise as the sound of Sun calling their names echoed throughout the daycare.

 "Moon, Athena!?"

Athena.... I'll keep note of that.

Moon stood up, peering over the top of the tower, "Over here!"

Sun looked over as his brother picked Athena up, allowing her to sit on one of his shoulders to see the overhead view of the daycare.

"I HAVE THE HIGH GROUND!" Athena declared with a giggle.

The rest of the young guests either gasped or laughed at the sight of Athena and Moon together there. Sun just smiled, glad to see that the two were friends. He had tried to keep Athena away from his brother for the longest time, afraid of how he might react to her. Now that they were friends, however, it carried a little weight off from his shoulders.
