No, No, No, No! This is bad! Really bad!
Moon tried to comfort his brother, who was going into a fit of sobs whenever a loud crash of lightning filled the silence. It was hard to hide the fear that also was in his voice due to his low battery, but he tried his best to stay calm. It was hard to do because of the loud noises, but what else could he do? Scream and cry with Sun throughout the duration of the storm? Yeah, no way that was happening. He was already a total wreck these past few days, and there was no way he was showing that in the dire situation they were in. The daycare theme the constantly played in the daycare was turned off along with the lights, allowing him to better hear the sudden knock at the door. Due to Sun's sudden fear of being alone, both of the daycare attendants were forced to answer the door together.
Freddy stood at the other side of the door, but he wasn't the only one instructed to visit. Shortly after he introduced himself to Sun the sound of loud, running footsteps could be heard approaching them. Moon laughed, for he had immediately figured out who it was. Monty.
"Why were you running?" Moon asked.
Monty shrugged, "Got instructed to be here, and I guess I got excited or something."
"AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!"
Moon looked over at his brother with the classic look of betrayal, causing him to go silent. The two glamrocks laughed.
"So he knows that-"
"Yup!" Moon quickly interrupted his partner just seconds before another loud crash covered the silence around them. His brother jumped and hid behind the him, who also tensed up not from the sound, but from the sudden feeling of the famous daycare attendant tightly hugging him from behind. Freddy and Monty took this as their chance to enter the daycare.
"So what makes the two of you scared of lightning?" Freddy questioned. [Yes, he's basically a therapist in this XD]
"For Sun... Everything," Moon replied, taking a glance at his brother, "For me its mostly just the noise."
Freddy nodded in understanding before going deep into a train of thought. While he did so, Monty did his best to comfort the both of them. It was hard since he loved one more than the other, no offense to Sun of course, but he managed to give them around the same amount of attention. After a while, the bear finally joined the conversation again.
"Do you guys ever listen to music on your free time?" Freddy asked the two daycare attendants.
"I do sometime when I'm on patrol," Moon replied, "I dont think Sun does though, do you?"
Sun shook his head, "It's not really possible with the daycare theme constantly playing at a high volume." Another loud BOOM filled the air, followed by a screech from him and a short gasp of surprise from his brother.
"Ok, do you something for Sun to listen to music on, Moon?" The bear questioned.
"Well, I have a speaker and an iphone with Spotify Premium." Moon replied.
Everyone looked over at the naptime attendant in confusion, "How-?"
"I stole the iphone from one of the prize machines and managed to get it working," He explained, "It was... a long time ago... but anyways lets just say I stole a few things to get all of it."
Freddy sighed, but it wasn't heard with the loud sound of lightning striking outside of the pizza plex, "You know what... I'll forget you just said that because of the situation we're in. Can you at least go and get that?"
Moon happily nodded, summoning the cable before flying over to the balcony. He didn't do any tricks this time because of the extra company, and Sun quickly noticed. He knew how much his brother loved being on the cable. Anyway, Moon quickly returned with the iphone and speaker, making everyone around him surprised. Both items were still in good condition, as if they were brand new.
"Ok... so what song are you suggesting?" Moon asked, "I don't think my playlist would help much."
Before anyone could even say anything Freddy was already spouting out the cheeriest songs anyone could name. Most of them were party songs that Moon didn't think Sun was ready for though, so he ended up playing at least three songs that didn't have as much inappropriate lyrics. It was working decently well for the daycare attendants. Sure, they still jumped at the sounds, but at least they weren't screaming or gasping. It was mostly because most of them were singing, the exception being Moon of course.
"Oh c'mon, why aren't you singing?" Sun asked at one point.
"I just like listening to you guys," He explained as he scrolled through a list of happy songs, "besides, my singing is literally made to make people fall asleep, and I dont think that's really the..." Moon yawned, "best idea."
"Hey Moony?"
Moon sighed, "Yes brother?"
"What is your battery at?" Sun asked
"26%, you?"
"43%," Sun replied, "And I think that you should at least shut down to prevent... you know, using all of your battery.
"He has a point." Freddy smirked, glancing at Monty, who was now sitting beside the tired attendant. Moon noticed and decided to distract his mind from the look on his face before he could start to overheat, looking at his stolen phone and scrolling through all of the recommended cheery songs. He ended up leaning against the reptile out of exhaustion, however, making his attempt to prevent the red hue from appearing on his face fail. Sun giggled at the sight, causing Freddy to laugh a bit as well.
"I can hear you." Moon informed them.
They only continued laughing, causing the couple to roll their eyes in disbelief. That's when Moon got an idea. "You know what? I think we should give them both what they want~"
Monty chuckled as he looked down at his tired partner, "Good Idea~"
