Chapter 44

Itt cleaned Day's condo for quite some time. When he entered the bedroom, he found it was a mess too. Itt didn't waste any time. He collected the broken glass and cleaned the room. As for Day, he was already sleeping in the bed. Itt looked annoyed.

"What the heck? You made this mess yourself, but you let me come home and clean it up while you're over there sleeping well," Itt complained, but he continued to clean the room. He cleaned it until it was all done. Itt sits on the sofa in the living room, feeling exhausted. He turned to look at the clock and saw it was already three in the afternoon.

"I'm hungry. What is there to eat here?" Itt said by himself before he walked into the kitchen. When he opened the refrigerator, he saw it was empty. There was only water inside.

"What is this? Day, did you throw out the fridge, too? Everything is gone. Damn," Itt stood and complained said getting up, before it dawned on him.

"Well, I can go out and buy some groceries for us. If he wakes up, he can cook for us since he blamed me for him destroying the condo and made me clean it up," Itt said to himself while smiling.

Itt slowly walked over to grab his wallet from his pants pocket and snuck out of the condo. He didn't want to wake Day up because he knew Day had been driving for quite some time without any rest at all. Unlike Itt, who had slept the whole way back.

Itt left Day's condo and went to the grocery store, close by. Itt pushed the grocery cart and picked up some fresh ingredients.

"Which one should I choose? ...and what should I buy? I really can't decide what to buy," Itt complained to himself when he realized Day had picked out everything last time.

"Where did you disappear to?" a voice called out, causing Itt to turn and look. He froze when he saw Pee standing next to him.

"How did you get here?" Itt asked in shock.

"I drove here. I stopped to get something to eat when I saw you shopping. So, I came to say hello," Pee said. Itt looked at Pee's face and thought for a moment.

"What a coincidence," Itt said straightforwardly.

"Huh? What a coincidence, but you... what are you doing here?" Pee asked.

"Shopping," Itt replied while pushing the cart to continue shopping.

"Did you come alone?" Pee followed and continued to ask.

"Did you see me with anyone?" Itt said back while thinking it was good that he didn't wake up Day to come with him. Otherwise, he would've most definitely done something to Pee.

"You're here to buy things, but you're so far away from your house," Pee said casually, causing Itt to pause a bit.

"I was out this see to see a friend who lives close by, so I stopped by here to do some grocery shopping," Itt said back. He didn't want Pee to know that he was living with Day at a condo nearby.

"Huh? A friend, or is it that bastard?" Pee asked, sounding a little stiff. Itt immediately turned to look at Pee.

"Yes, I came to see him. Why are you asking? You ask a lot of questions. Didn't you say you came to get something to eat? Why haven't you gone to get something to eat? Why are you following me?" Itt said to Pee in an annoyed tone.

"I'm looking for a friend to come eat with me. You can eat with me. Or would it interfere too much with your private time with Ai' Day?" Pee said, causing Itt to freeze.

"You... don't speak to me sarcastically like this, you idiot," Itt complained while thinking that he was very hungry right about now. If he had waited until Day had woken up, it would've taken too long. Itt didn't have a choice but to come out and buy something.
