(Book 2) Neferpitou and the human Royal Guard

(Major spoilers!!!)

(Okay so, this page will MOSTLY be detailing the powers and abilities that certain characters will display further into the story that I might not be able to explain organically when they're used later on, some of which may be considered spoilers to the future plot, especially Vasilias's. Other things I put here may be the backgrounds of certain characters that will never be revealed in the story itself due to the fact that everything is from Alejandro's perspective, and he almost certainly won't be in a position to learn of these things for one reason or another. So in other words, DON'T READ THIS PAGE IF YOU DON'T LIKE SPOILERS!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. IF YOU GET UPSET FROM BEING SPOILED, YOU ONLY HAVE YOURSELF TO BLAME!!! But, if you're more like me and don't really mind spoilers, then feel free to proceed. Also, this page may be updated regularly, I don't really know right meow.)

Father's nen affinity: Emitter

Father's Venomous Words: This is a nen ability that Father used to control Meruem briefly in a previous chapter. It is not, however, true mind control, it's more like very strong persuasion. Essentially, when the ability is activated, Father is able to greatly influence the mind of any person who hears his voice, depending on what he says. He can't just tell someone to jump off a bridge, and then they'll do it. Rather, what he says to someone is very important, he has to say something that strikes a cord in someone's heart or mind, whether it be picking at an insecurity that the person has, or by testing their sense of logic. Any small thing he can pick at in your mind is subject to this ability, and can be heavily exploited. The more things he is able to pick at, the more the targets of this ability are subject to his persuasion.

Father's real name: Serpent.

Father's ability to give birth to chimera ants: This is not actually a nen ability, this is just something that he retained from his previous life before becoming a chimera ant. Before he became a chimera ant, he was a snake-like magical beast that had the ability to shape-shift and reproduce asexually. Now with his new existence as a chimera ant, he is able to essentially become a 'Queen Ant.' Like Jovesworth, the magical beast Father/Serpent used to be was fully sapient, and has the memories of when he was that snake-like magical beast. Surprisingly, he is actually happy to have become one due to the power he gained... also arms.

Vasilias's nen affinity: Emitter

Vasilias's abilities: Much like Meruem, as a king chimera ant, Vasilias has access to extremely overpowered nen abilities. I mean, he kinda has to if he is to be a threat to characters like Meruem and the Royal Guards. Still, unlike Meruem, Vasilias's abilities aren't as absurd, and have more limitations to balance out the benefits. One of his abilities is simply to make someone's nerves go numb if he gets close enough to him. Another ability he has is to give aura to another person as well as raise their nen reserves and output, while lowering his own by the same amount. He is able to forcefully steal nen from a person as well by placing his hand on their head, though it won't permanently boost his aura reserves or permanently lower theirs. Though, that probably won't matter much if they're dead. Taking the first ability to an even further extreme, if Vasilias raises someone's aura reserves and output to a point where it is over twice as high as it was before they had their aura increased like that, in the event that he dies, he could resurrect himself in that person's body. However, this comes with some heavy limits and conditions. This ability won't work if the person he gave his aura to is unaware of the effects, and/or does not consent to it. That person also needs to eat part of Vasilias's body for it to work. In the event that the person he may resurrect in dies themselves, he will be forced to resurrect them by coughing out an egg for them to eventually be reborn in, giving up a sizable amount of his own biomass to do so. This process is incredibly painful for him, and can even be fatal if he has to do this too often in a short span of time. (As you might be able to tell, some of his abilities are inspired by Orochimaru from Naruto ;D)
