After getting Hiccup onto his bed, they all looked at him. They had no idea what happened to their leader or what to do now.
Just then, a groan could be heard from the leader. "Ugh, w-what happened? Why are all of you here? what's go-" but was caught off by his worried girlfriend. "Shh, you just woke up." She then looked at the group, and the group knew what she wanted, to be alone.
"W-what's going on?" Hiccup asked.
"Well you see, when we were in the clubhouse, you were talking about the terror mail we got from Berk and while you were talking about it mid-way and you well, fainted. Everyone was worried about you and you ended up here. I-I was, worried about you." Astrid told hiccup.
Hiccup responded, "I'm fine, don't worry. It's probably just a common cold. But you said something about Berk sending a terror mail here. It said that there were dragon hunters on the way to Berk! We got to go help them immediately! Come on!"
As Hiccup tried to get out of bed, she stopped him. "Where do you think your going? Your clearly not yourself, let alone going back to Berk to fight dragon hunters, have you lost your mind! You are not going back to Berk, not in this condition."
"But-"
"No buts! No means no. You know you can never win an argument against me. Plus, someone needs to take care of you and that someone will be me."
It was no lie, Hiccup really couldn't win an argument against Astrid but he knew what he had to do, even if it means getting punched by Astrid.
Hiccup held Astrid's hand and continued, "I know your worried about me, but you need to go to Berk, with the gang. Fishlegs has great leadership, I know but they need you, I promise you, I will stay here and just rest, not to mention I have Toothless to protect me, I'll be fine. Just go, they need you."
Astrid reluctantly agreed. She didn't want to do it but she had to, she couldn't be so selfish.
Astrid kissed him on the forehead.
"You better be safe, and resting well in your hut and hopefully, recovering."
