This is not a real scene that actually happened in how to train your dragon or its sequel. It is just an idea I had.

"We're going to go save Hiccup and Toothless, without giving the dragon-eye."
Everyone looked at Astrid, stunned beyond words.
"Astrid, didn't you read the letter, he clearly said no funny business or else he will kill Hiccup! Do you want him dead?" Fishlegs told Astrid.
"No Fishlegs I don't want him dead. Guys, hear me out. I am sure that Viggo will gather his men when he thinks we are handing him the dragon-eye. When we reach, we'll split in two groups.
Me and Stoick will go and find Hiccup and the rest of you will act as a distraction, try your best to defeat as many men as possible. If there is an emergency, send a distress signal. Got it?"
The gang agreed.
<some time later>
As the group was approaching Viggo's ship, they spotted Toothless heading their way.
"Toothless! What are you doing here!" Astrid said with shock.
"This is great! Toothless must have escaped! Toothless will go with you guys, same plan."
Astrid told the gang.
In a blink of an eye, they reached Viggo's ship.
The gang split into two groups, just like the plan. While Astrid and Stoick were rushing to find Hiccup, the rest of them went to fight the men that were coming right at them.
After some time of searching, they finally found a cage with someone inside with a cloth over their body! They rushed over immediately. As soon as Stoick opened the cage door, Astrid rushed in.
As she was taking off the cloth, she said, " Hiccup! Oh Thor I am so glad to have found you! Let's get o-" But as soon as she took off the cloth, she realised that the person under the cloth was not Hiccup, but Viggo!
"Why hello there, Astrid. I see why you and hiccup are together now, you two are gullible, very gullible."
Astrid immediately ran out of the cage and Viggo followed.
"Astrid, turn around, you are going to see people that you are very familiar to, the dragon riders."
In a blink of an eye, all of the dragon riders were being held by Viggo's men.
"Where is Hiccup Viggo!" Astrid shouted.
"Bring the boy in!" Viggo told his men.
Soon, Viggo's men arrived with Hiccup. However they were stunned when they saw what they did to their leader.
"Hiccup! Viggo you monster! What have you done to him!" Astrid screamed when she saw her injured boyfriend.
Hiccup had bruises and cuts on his face, it looked like he had been beaten up really badly!
"Let's just say he helped his dragon escape so we gave him a lesson. However you dragon riders should be the monsters. Didn't you read the letter? No funny business or else I will not hesitate to kill him. Now, I will kill him right in front of your eyes that is unless, you hand over the dragon-eye. so, what do you say?"
There was no other choice, she had to hand over the dragon-eye to Viggo. As Astrid was taking the Dragon-eye out of her bag, Hiccup shouted.
"A-astrid, d-d-don't do it! I can take the hit just don't give him the dragon-eye!"
Upon hearing this, Viggo turned to Hiccup.
"My dear Hiccup, even in this state you still want to be heroic! Are you sure?"
The gang kept on shouting, " Hiccup no! Don't do it!"
However he turned a deaf ear on them and agreed.
"I admire you still being heroic for I will give you a slow and painful death."
The gang closed their eyes, unwanting to see what was going to happen.
A scream of pain came from their leader and followed by a thud.
Just as the group opened their eyes, they saw Heather and Daguer!
"Astrid get Hiccup back to Edge, Gothi is already there!"
With the two berserkians defeating a large amount of men, the men that were once holding the dragon riders were now fighting the two! The gang immediately rushed to their dragons to help Heather and Daguer, Except for Astrid.
Astrid rushed to Hiccup's side immediately.

Astrid discoverd that hiccup was unconsicious and stabbed in the stomach with the knife still in the wound.
Despite how terrible she felt, she did not shed a tear. she held hiccup in her hands and rushed over to Stormfly and they flew away, to the edge.
<On the way to the edge>
As the two were on the way to the Edge, Hiccup was starting to gain consiousness.
"A-astrid... "
"Hiccup! Your awake! We're almost at the edge, just stay with me!"
"Astrid, your h-hurt."
"Hiccup are you kidding me! You've been stabbed and your still worrying about me!"
"A-astrid..... I never stop worrying about you."
Upon saying this, his eyelids started to close.
"Hiccup! Don't you dare close your eyes! Don't leave me!"
