"Who's that?" One of the residents pointed at the roof. All of them looked up and saw Usopp, bravely standing with his arms crossed. They'd seen Elle as well, below him at the front of the house.

Arlong turns around and glares at the two, especially at Elle. "Who is this...brat?" He asked and looked up. "Who are you? Identify yourselves!"

"My name is Elle, and that person above me..." She smirked. "-Is my Captain! Behold and tremble upon hearing his name!" Elle gives way for Usopp to introduce himself.

"I am the Brave and Heroic Warrior of the Seas! Captain Usopp!" He yelled.

All of the residents and the Fishmen tilt their heads in confusion.

"Captain Usopp? Never heard of him." They all said in unison. Elle made a facepalm while Usopp comically fell. "I knew that wouldn't work..." She muttered, cringing at the sight.

Usopp recovered and declared himself once again. "I have 8000 followers at my command! Flee at once and I shall consider forgiving you!"

"Please stop..." Elle cringed and covered her face.

"Feared by the entire world as the man from hell, they call me "Usopp, The Wicked Devil King!"

The fishmen were not affected and did not buy his intro, instead, some laughed and one of them realized that they are the ones he was chasing earlier.

"You dare attack us, human scums?!" Arlong cried out in fury as he dodged all of Elle's blast shots and lifted the house that Usopp was onto.

"W-Wait, Arlong!" One of his crewmates pleaded to stop his rampage. "If you do that then our tribute from them will decrease more!"

"I do not care! If our funds decrease, then all we have to do is to conquer another village out there!" Arlong answered back.

"W-Wah!!" Elle dodged out of the way and Arlong slammed the house down.

"Don't mess with us! We are the supreme beings!" Arlong yelled as he swings the house to the other houses behind him, instantly destroying them.

"Uh-oh. Time to go?" Elle nervously smiled, ditching out and flying away from Usopp. He saw the little girl flying and he frantically looked around, panicking. "O-Oi, Elle?! Where are you going?!" Usopp shouted.
