The newly recovered Captain Nezumi reports back to his Naval Base somewhere around East Blue. Restricted with bandages wrapped around his head and an arm sling, he snatches the Den Den Mushi from a Marine Private with frustration.

"Puru puru puru... kacha..."

"This is Captain Nezumi of the Marines 16th Branch speaking!"

"Roger, this is Marine HQ."

"I AM CALLING ABOUT AN URGENT REQUEST!"

"Calm down. I can hear you just fine, even if you don't yell."

Nezumi tightens his grip on the microphone. "Listen up! There's a Straw Hat wearing pirate by the name of 'Luffy!" He exhales. "He was accompanied by the former bounty hunter, Y/N Gridlocke! He renounced his affiliation as a bounty hunter by crushing his card in front of us!"

The user behind the other DDM (Den Den Mushi) tensed up, hearing that. "C-Captain Nezumi, are you serious that he did that?"

"YES! YES, I AM SERIOUS!" Straw hat Luffy, he and his 5 crew members, adding that little brat..."

"Little brat? What little brat?"

He slams his fist on his desk in anger. "That little pointy eared girl destroyed 6 of our ships and severely damaging my flagship all alone! She's dangerous, just like Kokushibyo! You hear me?! DANGEROUS!!!"

The man talking on the other DDM sighs. "Do you even caught the girl's name?"

"Her name is Elle, Elle Gridlocke! That girl, with her brother, and their captain, Luffy, are hereby to be labelled as enemies of the Government!"

"Not only they defeated Arlong Pirates and destroying my ships, but considering their violent and dangerous nature, I, Captain Nezumi, formally request a bounty to be placed on their captain's head!"

"Roger... Anything else?"

"Yes, there's more! I'm forwarding you the picture of those three as I speak!" The printer beeps in as Luffy, Elle, and Y/N's photos all entered the tiny slip. "I would like to apologize ahead for that Strawhat's picture, it is not serious enough to consider him as an enemy of the Marines.
