3rd Person POV
A horrible thing happened after they left Little Garden.
"NAMI!" Vivi rapidly went to her aid and called everyone. "Help, Luffy! Everyone!" Vivi shouts.
Sprinting, Y/N, and Luffy were the first to arrive. "What happened?" Y/N asks, only to see Nami on the floor, sweat-drenched in her shirt and breathing heavily. Skillfully, he crouched and checked her forehead. "By god! She's burning with fever!"
Looking at Luffy, Luffy passes the mental message to Usopp and the other boys.
However, they also delivered the same grim news. "Everyone!" Usopp shouts, with Elle in his arms, heavily panting and sweating. "Elle has a fever!"
"Even her?!" Y/N panicked. "Shit, shit, shit...!" He muttered as Luffy gave the order. "Bring them inside, quick!"
"Set priority to Elle first! Her body's extremely fragile when it comes to high fever!" Y/N instructed as Sanji and Zoro moved quickly. "Place them on the beds, separately!"
"I thought you can heal them with your bullet?" Luffy asks. Y/N quickly shakes his head in response. "No. The truth is..." He smiles as he pulls his sleeve up, revealing some spot of wax still lingering on his arm. "That bullet is a healing bullet or should I say – an injury transfer bullet."
Luffy gawked as he learned that Y/N simply used his own body to receive all of their wounds instead of healing them. "But you said that–!" Luffy was about to scold him, yet Y/N interrupted him.
"It is for the better, Luffy." He continues to smile, reassuring his captain. "Don't worry. My body has a slightly fast recovery than any of you guys."
"So that means you can tank any damage you receive?"
"Not that simple. When I said fast recovery that doesn't mean that I'm immune to all diseases, wounds, or poisons.
"Adding to that. I'm still recovering my stamina after what I did back in Little Garden. So I cannot use the green bullet on Elle and Nami, even if I want to. Sorry."
Luffy simply nodded as silence fills in between them. "We really should need to find a doctor. Luffy."
