After Emma went out of the room....................
“So when is your marriage?” Jungkook asked flashing a smile towards Yoonji.
“I don't know kookie, Kim uncle will decide the date with my father. However most probably this month.” Yoonji said.
“You met your fiancé?” Jungkook said a bit teasingly.
“I first came here because your office was near now I am going to Tae's house.” Yoonji said and looked really excited.
“Kookie?” Yoonji spoke as Jungkook was looking into a file and she was sipping on a juice.
“Hm?’’ Jungkook said without looking at her.
“You talked about a girl three months back, did you meet her again?” Yoonji asked to which Jungkook looked at Yoonji.
“Emma is that girl” Jungkook spoke with a sad smile.
“Really!!!!! Omg I didn't realise.” Yoonji seemed excited.
“I confessed her but I think it's a no from her side” Jungkook said and hung his head a bit low showing his sadness and frustration.
“Yaah! Bunny, why are you assuming things? I saw her looking at you, they were full with pure emotions and feelings. Maybe she was planning to reply sooner or later.” She said with much confidence.
Jungkook's eyes sparkled at her words.
Yoonji took a leave after few minutes as she had to meet with Taehyung. Before Jungkook was getting ready for his meeting he saw Emma was not there. Another girl came there as a substitute. Jungkook was astonished at sudden absence of Emma.
“Miss Sana, why are you here? Where is Miss Emma?” Jungkook asked his look was cold.
“Sir, Emma was feeling ill so she took a leave.” Sana answered professionally.
Jungkook was worried as he heard Emma suddenly felt ill. She looked totally normal at the morning. Then what happened after that.
Jungkook couldn't concentrate in the rest of the meeting. Even though he was present there physically his mind could only think about Emma. As soon as the meeting got over, he cancelled rest of the plans for the day and rushed for Emma.
He stopped by a flower shop and took a bouquet of fresh red roses and then went to Emma's house.
At the sudden ring of door bell Emma woke up from her slumber. She was not really feeling to meet anyone but when she opened the door she got shocked.
Jungkook eyed Emma from top to bottom. Her eyes were all red and puffy. It looked like she was crying for hours.
“Why are you here?” Emma asked a bit coldly remembering the morning's incident. How could he move on so fast.
Jungkook seemed to notice her coldness but as he didn't knew the reason he just handed over the flowers and said, “I heard you were ill, so I came to check on you.”
Emma saw the flowers and smiled a bit sadly which didn't go unnoticed by Jungkook. However what she said next stunned Jungkook.
“You should have given flowers to your girlfriend or should I say would be wife, not me”. Unknowingly her eyes turned glossy but she tried her best to stay strong.
“Girlfriend? What are you saying?”
“I am talking about Yoonji Jungkook.”
“Huh! Why will I marry her?” Jungkook asked still not understanding what she meant.
“Exactly why are you marrying her. You proposed me just two back, did you forget everything so easily?” Emma couldn't hold herself anymore.
“I am not marrying her, she is just my bestfriend. She is Taehyung's Fiancé, they might even get married this month itself.” Jungkook said trying to clear the confusion.
Emma stared at Jungkook blankly not knowing what to say next, tears already rolling down her cheeks. Jungkook understood the point as he remembered Yoonji's words. So he said teasingly,
“Also even if I get married to her why does it matter to you. It's not like you love me.” Jungkook said raising an eyebrow.
However before Jungkook could speak anything else Emma wrapped her arms around Jungkook's shoulder and pressed her lips to his closing the distance between them. Tears still brimming from her eyes which Jungkook could feel.
He was a bit taken aback by Emma's sudden movement so he didn't kiss back. Emma broke the kiss and said, “I love you Jungkook, I love you.”
The words Jungkook yearned to hear for so long was finally said by Emma.
“I love you too.” Saying this Jungkook pressed his lips to her and this time Emma kissed back too. Soon they got melted away in their passionate kiss filled with pure love and emotions.
