Jungkook never really showed but he truly was in love with her. The day he saw her first time 3 months back he got hypnotized by Emma's mesmerizing eyes.
Jungkook's father Mr. Jeon was a failed business man. He was an abusive parent and would always come back home late at night drunk. He would torture Jungkook's mother and sometimes even Jungkook. Due to such a traumatic childhood Jungkook grew up without being loved and was always cold. After he lost both of his parents he started his own company. He was the brightest kid of his both school and college and soon was able to become the CEO of the most successful company in Seoul.
However after Jungkook came to know about Emma already being in a relationship he lost his faith on love. Those three months of him being in completely one sided love broke his heart every day.
However on the day of their one night stand, Emma in a drunken state blurted out that Richard cheated on her. He was filled with anger that how come someone hurt Emma, his Emma. However he promised himself that he will change her life and will not let anything bad affect her.
Jungkook clenched his jaw as he could not stand Emma crying like that. Her tears somewhat reminded him about how his mother would cry every night. Without wasting a minute he entered Emma's room and hugged him. Without realising Emma hugged him back.
"H-hel-lp me" Emma said stuttering, still crying her heart out.
"Don't worry, everything will be fine. I am here." Jungkook spoke trying to assure her.
Emma didn't realise but she fell asleep in Jungkook's embrace. His tight hug gave her warmth and an assurance of safety. Jungkook layed her back and pulled the blanket. Tucking her hair strands at the back of her ear, he softly pecked her forehead. He was about to leave but Emma held his wrist.
Pulling him close to her, making him stumble upon her she said still sleeping, "Don't leave me please".
Jungkook nodded in response, making some space he slept beside her. As sunrays hit Jungkook's eyes, he opened to see the angelic face of Emma. Her cheeks had dried tears. Emma suddenly opened her eyes and got shocked to see Jungkook that much close to her.
Emma was tightly hugging him and she got embarrassed to see herself like that. She quickly woke up from there and started saying sorry to him. With the sudden flow of memories in her mind she realised what actually happened last night. Thinking about all those things specially about her brother she felt numb for a second. She looked at Jungkook, tears welling up in her eyes. She tried her best to hold them back and hide it but nothing went unseen from Jungkook's eyes. However he understood the situation. Waking up from the bed, he took a deep breath and spoke.
"If something is wrong you can share with me. However for now I'll take my leave, thank you for letting me stay the night at your house." Saying this he bowed and without waiting for a reply he went out. He knew it that Emma won't open up to him. So he'll have to use other methods to know what's wrong with her.
He sat inside the car, fastening his seatbelt he looked out the window and saw Emma standing out of the house. He then drove off his car.
