SCP Foundation (Part 2): End Of Beggining

Chapter 3

The group had now reached the Heavy Containment Zone, now things would truly begin to come down on them. As this area was the most dangerous in the facility, however it was quiet. There was no sound coming from anywhere at all, as the group walked through the halls, only the sound of their footsteps against the metal grated floor. They walked through the halls ruthlessly, with each step being commanding, like they owned the place. Their walking was the only thing that was heard, all of them except for Millar walked that way. Millar walked confidently, but not loud. As they walked through they heard a bang coming from another hallway. The group turns at each other, and they all nod and they run towards the sound. It sounded like gunshots, and there were more and more of them. There was then the sound of a man yelling, commanding things out followed by even more gunshots. They open the door and in the room they see lots of blood and the hallway covered by instances of 049-2 as 049 was seen going through the crowd, running away.

"GET THESE SONS OF BITCHES!" Yells out the man, as he stood on top of a small pile of bodies, holding a automatic Machine Gun on his own, mowing down the crowd of 049-2.

"Fire! Fire!" Luke calls out as his voice is almost completely drowned out by the gunfire, the group then began to fire down on the horde. They rained bullets as the horde was quickly dispersed of, with Millar good gn next to the man on top of the bodies to help with loading the machine gun. But the man says away Millar, telling him to go away. The horde is tooken care of as 049 ran out.

"Damn it! That mother fucker killed my officers! Let's go after him!" The man says, as he runs to chase after 049. The group follows the man, as they sprint towards 049. As they run down the halls Abram turns to the man, as he recognized his voice. Abram was shocked, as he couldn't believe who it was behind the helmet.

He ran with the machine gun and seemed to be a commander of the Security Department, it was Oliver, "Oliver?" Abram says, Oliver stops and turns to Abram.

"Don't tell me.. it's you!" Oliver says.

"You- you were promoted! I wondered what happened to you after the breach!" Says Abram.

"Shut up! Let's chase this guy down then talk!" Oliver interrupts, they then continued on down towards getting to 049, as he ran incredibly fast down the halls, "YOU'RE NOT GETTING AWAY!!" Oliver yells out, aiming his machine gun and shooting at 049's legs, making it fall.

"HEY! CEASE THE DAMN FIRE!" Luke yells at Oliver, as the group reaches 049 on the floor.

"The pestilence.. it's killing you!" 049 Says.

"Oh yeah? Than why'd you run? And why'd you kill my guys! Damn you! I should have you hanged and shot down! I'll rip that fucking mask off of you-"

"Shut up and do your job!" Leo says to Oliver, pushing him away.

"You wanna fight me? YOU WANNA TAKE ME O-" Lauren tackles Oliver and puts his hands behind his back, hurting Oliver.

"Not another word." Lauren says to him.

"How dare you! This is humiliating! This thing! It killed my crew! Wait- Abram.. you'd get it. Oh wait- you wouldn't.. don't think I've forgotten what you did to Colin.. you bastard, you killed him! You left him to die!" Oliver yells at Abram.

"Foundation changes you Oliver, I'm sorry. I had to do it, but you'd get it. You know why I did it, you'd do the same now.." Abram responds.

"I wouldn't.. and I don't forgive you, don't you have ah light in you? I remember now, Colin told you that you had the most potential.. the most light. Like when he gave you that ring, and you repay him by.. BY LEAVING HIM TO DIE THE WORST WAY POSSIBLE?" Oliver says, as he tries to escape Lauren's grasp.
