"Shiela stop it. I can't take it when you're like this!" The furious husband screamed at his sobbing wife, beer bottle in hand and screaming child in other.

"Leave us alone!" She screamed, her throat dry and cracked from screaming .

Highschool sweethearts don't always go well. I'd loved Owen since freshman year, but when he found out I was pregnant, he became an abusive drunk.

"I never liked this kid anyway." He said, staring at the weeping child with disgust.

"She looks too much like you."

Shiela ran to the garage, shaking with fear for what she was about to do.

"I'd loved you since I was sixteen." She whispered, just above her breath. She cocked the gun and said "I'll see you in hell, Owen." Running up to him in a sweet kiss, arms warped around each other.

BLAM.

A single gunshot filed the air with hopelessness.

The child looked around what was happening, parents she never really knew all of the sides on the ground, still.

A loving giant couple was going for their morning walk when they heats screaming and crying.

Nellie froze when she heard a gunshot . Edward didn't say anything but peeled the roof off the house and retrieved the screaming child in his palm.

They looked at one another and smiled.

That's how my life started. I saw the picture of my mother's soft green eyes, and my father's slick brown hair.

Jack played with my hair and kissed me whispering "I'm here."

"Who is this boy?" My Dad screamed slamming open the door behind my mother .

I yelped and almost fell off Jack's hand. He looked at me with concern and worry.

"What are you doing in my house! Star away from my daughter!" My Dad screeched, scaring Jack.

"Guys this is my-"

Mom ran twords me, pushed Jack aside and kissed me crying.

"Who is this what has this evil boy done to you?"

I tried to talk, but my throat was locked . I felt like telling her what's going on but I burst into tears.

Jack saw me crying and looked down, literally.

"What are you doing with my daughter, you twerp?"

My dad pulled him up by the ear and dragged him to the wall.

"Dad I love him!" I yelled between sobs . My mom's soft fingertip caressed my body, calming me down .

"He's my boyfriend!"

My Dad stood silently, and slowly turned twords me .

Jack out himself as a barrier between us and said "Sir, I love your daughter . Nothing would ever happen to her with me. "

I smiled, seeing him stand up for me.

My dad didn't say anything, just threw Jack out of the house, into the rain and locked the door.

"You're too young for boys!" Mom said.
