"Fuck—who the fuck—" Chan groans softly, lazily reaching out in search of his ringing phone. It's gone off at least a dozen times in the last twenty minutes and no matter how bad he wants to ignore it—it's to the point he can't.

Hitting answer, he lifts it to his ear.

"What?" Chan's voice is thick with sleep—something that would drive EunChae mad if she were awake to hear it.

"Is she with you? Is EunChae with you?" JiSung asks a bit panicked.

"Why the fuck would she be with me?" Chan grumbles, refusing to let them know the truth. She's his and only his. He'll keep her secret until the day he dies.

"I'm not fucking around Chan. I know she went to see you. Is she still with you? MinHo is losing his goddamn shit because she isn't answering any of them." JiSung snaps, the pressure to find her crippling—especially since Chan is his responsibility in MinHo's eyes.

"Fuck—yeah—she's here." Chan slips his arm out from under EunChae, reaching up to run his fingers through his hair.

"I've called you fifty fucking times—what the fuck were you doing you couldn't at least send a goddamn text?" JiSung rants, a relieved sigh leaving his parted lips.

"Sung—I'm sorry—we fell asleep. I wasn't intentionally ignoring you—with the exception of the last twenty minutes. I really just wanted to throw my phone at the wall so it'd shut up and I could sleep." Chan admits, feeling bad for leaving them all in a panic, but he truly hadn't intended to.

"Chan—it's three in the morning. She's been with you for over twelve damn hours. Of course they're gonna freak the fuck out if she hasn't contacted them. They already don't trust you—this isn't helping." JiSung can't help but feel bad for being so harsh on him right away.

He knows Chan would never intentionally cause problems for anyone without a reason. He knew it was probably something as simple as her phone being dead—or them sleeping—but that didn't appease MinHo. He wanted concrete evidence.

"I'm sorry. I can't wake her up though, Sung. Where does she need to be and when? I'll get her there on time." Chan offers, committed to making it happen no matter what it takes.

"That wasn't the problem. The problem is she wasn't answering. They thought you did something to her—that you upset her and she just ran off. They don't have anything scheduled except practice tomorrow. They cancelled the rest of their schedule for her sake after yesterday—don't tell her that though. As far as she knows they did it for SeungMin's injury." JiSung explains, feeling a bit bad for being so aggressive when Chan first answered. He just didn't want them to think Chan was a bad guy—but him not answering for so long only made it harder.

"I'm sorry, Sung. I really am. I didn't mean it. She was sleeping when they tried to get ahold of her before. I didn't want to wake her up—she was so miserable. She was peaceful when she was sleeping. She felt safe. I wasn't gonna take that from her for their sake." Chan apologizes, feeling bad for getting everyone worked up unintentionally.

"It's fine—it's just—I don't like being the middle man. I don't like MinHo getting mad at me for things you do. I don't control you. He knows that—but it's hard for him to separate us. If—if I give you his number—can you call him? Let him know she's with you and she's okay? He won't believe it coming from me." JiSung mumbles, the anger and frustration that'd filled MinHo's voice on their last call something he can't stand hearing again.

"I'll call him, Sung. I'll do it. I'm sorry. I never thought it'd all get out on you. I didn't think they'd take it out on you. I'm sorry." Chan can't help but feel awful for putting the younger in a bad place. Did he ruin his and MinHo's relationship? MinHo will get over it—right?
