Chan glances down at his phone as it goes off. MinHo sent him a picture along with a few other texts. He taps his foot impatiently, counting down the seconds until the radio show ends so he can check the what MinHo said.

The second the on air light goes off, Chan tugs his headphones off and gets to his feet. He slips out of the room and into the hall—finding an area a bit more empty than the rest, but still within sight so the others can find him.

He unlocks his phone and immediately checks MinHo's messages. A sense of relief washes over him the moment he sees not one, but a handful of pictures of EunChae that MinHo had snapped in secret for his sake.

The first one is of her sleeping beside one of the boys—Felix if he remembers correctly. She has his back pressed against his side, just needing to feel safe with someone beside her. Felix seems unfazed, innocently scrolling through his phone while she sleeps.

The second is a picture of her sitting at their counter eating some fruit. She still looks a bit dazed, but she's eating and that's all that matters.

The third isn't a picture. It's a video. A short video, but a video nonetheless. He turns his volume up just enough that he can hear it. A bright smile crosses his face as he sees EunChae laying in bed with her back to her open door, listening to Chan's radio show.

Next he moves his attention to the texts, feeling a bit more relieved once he sees them.

MinHo: she showered, ate, and took a good nap.

MinHo: she's still not talking much, but she's doing alright. I have a feeling it's just because she's worried about what we'll say.

Chan's fingers quickly move over his keyboard.

Chan: thank you. thank you so much. I was really worried.

Chan: did she say anything about tonight? I told her as long as she didn't have anything going on we could watch a movie and eat dinner together. I'll get her home before too late. I have a super early schedule tomorrow so an overnight isn't gonna happen.

It takes MinHo less than a minute to respond.

MinHo: depending on how SeungMin's appointment goes, we were thinking of practicing this afternoon, but we shouldn't be long. If Seung can practice it won't be much.

Chan: is she busy right now? I was gonna call her the second I had a chance to breathe alone.

MinHo: her and Lix just left. I think they're heading to the company, but I'm not sure.

Chan: I'll text her and see. Thanks again for picking up the pieces after I fucked up.

MinHo: you didn't fuck up. You did what you thought was best.

Chan: I know. But still... thank you.

MinHo: of course. Just remember I've got a bite. You actually fuck up and I won't hesitate to attack.

Chan: I know. JiSung has told me...

Chan can't help but chuckle at MinHo's comment. JiSung has truly told Chan just how scary MinHo can be. He told Chan about the time when he was a trainee and someone was talking shit about him never debuting—MinHo stepped in and put them in their place.

"Christopher!" JiSung calls out as he giddily makes his way toward the older holding a chocolate bar.

"Peter." Chan lifts his head, glaring at him.
