"are you going to break up with him"

the room was filled with snacks from the two girls having a sleepover.

"no not yet anyway." sunjin sighed. "i want to see how long he's been doing this for"

"be careful jin seriously" her friend smiled at her. "you've known haven't you" misu asked.

"yeah..unfortunately, just needed my confirmation" sunjin got her suspicions when sunwoo would always have wondering eyes towards a certain spot.

being the curious girl she was, sunjin's eyes followed and landed on a girl in her class. the two would give each other glances, like two crushes being shy around each other.

sunjin knew that familiar look. the girl was nayeon, a popular pretty girl. sunjin talked to the girl before. nayeon always talked about her boyfriend and how he was moving and she wanted to end it.

clearly she found a new guy to move on too, and sunjin was bothered. it was her boyfriend but she was more bothered why he hasn't broken up with her.

why keep another girl if you're playing with another? sunjin kept thinking.

"well.. you've heard all the rumors by now.. dude's a whole ass player!" misu grumbled stuffing chips in her mouth. "he isn't even that cute"

sunjin couldn't help but laugh. "mi, you're gay, you say that about every man"

"WELL..uhhh jungwon! and heeseung, jay, sunghoon, jake, niki, and sunoo, are all attractive! especially sunoo!" misu proudly said.

"you said our whole friend group dumbass. the only male population you've ever talked too" sunjin have a blank stare. "the rumors.. yeah i heard. the boys showed me photos and everything"

"yet.. you're still with him? i have no idea what plan you have but as long as it doesn't consist of broken hearts were good!"

"who's heart is going to be broken? mine? i got over it"

"not yours but jungwon's"

"sunbae"

jungwon stopped in his tracks turning around. are they talking to me? his eyes landed on a girl he has never seen before. he looked at her tie color, noticing she was a grade younger.

"hi, can i help you?" jungwon questioned the nervous looking girl.

"um yeah i, i wanted to tell you something" her hands gripped the chocolate box behind her back. "jungwon sunbae, i like you! please go out with me!"

the girl bowed in 90 degrees holding out a box of chocolate and a note on top.

jungwon awkwardly stood there not knowing what to say. how does he kindly regret her?

"um im sorry but-"

"JUNGWONIE"

just as he spoke, he was cut off by a screaming voice behind him. a body landed with his, arms wrapped around his waist. someone was back hugging him.

jungwon's cat eyes turned behind him to see his best friend who he has yet to figure out his feelings for.

"hi jin, what's up?" his soft voice made the girl feel warm inside. pulling away she noticed the girl in front who was staring at them both- or more like glaring at sunjin.

"oh sorry- did i interrupt something?" sunjin moved away from the two.

jungwon's eyes lit up and he remembered something. he quickly turned around and faced the girl. "sorry! but i already like someone, thank you for taking the time to write the letter and buy the chocolate! i appreciate it"

the girl nodded at his answer. he smiled at the girl before pulling sunjin away with him. honestly the girl couldn't be that sad because he smiled at her, feeling somewhat accomplished he at least noticed her.

"wonie! you like someone! since when?" sunjin excitedly shook the boy side to side. informing the bitter sensation she felt.

jungwon's cheeks turned red by the second. he shook sunjin off before wrapping his arm around her. "nothing ignore it. what are you doing right now?"

"nothing, probably go home" sunjin thought.

"wanna hangout?" jungwon smiled looking down at the girl.

that action made sunjin blush, immediately hiding her face from jungwon.

getting back her composure, she responded with a sure. the two walked around wondering where to go.

"you hungry? we can go get something to eat" jungwon asked the girl.

"can we go to the mall? there's food there and i kind of want to go shopping" sunjin suggested.

"sounds good come on, let's get on the subway" jungwon gave no chance for sunjin to respond before pulling her to run.

the two kept running and laughing saying their sorry's to anyone they would accidentally bump into.

jungwon leading the girl, "hurry i see it!" he ran faster pulling her along.

with his long legs, jungwon made it onto the subway with a dying sunjin behind him. the two trying to catch their breath looked like a mess to anyone around them.

sunjin scanned the somewhat empty subway, heading towards a corner seat. she sat down with a huff, annoyed by all the running.

jungwon followed and took the advantage of laying his head on sunjin's thighs while his legs took the empty seats.

"seriously?" sunjin told the boy who had a cheeky smile.

"all serious" a whack on the forehead made him flinch but not move.
