when sunjin got to school, she noticed how everyone looked at her either with pity or judgement.

sunjin was confused. did something happen? her eyes met other eyes in the hallway that would quickly look away.

she searched for her friends but they weren't at their usual spot which was weird. her friends were always there.

sunjin pulled out her phone to call misu. she was slowly getting anxious.

"sunni"

her head turned to the left and saw jay at the stairs.

"jay, where is everyone? why isn't anyone at the bench? also people were staring at me today i don't know why but-" sunjin ranted but got cut off by jay who hugged the girl.

his scent was really nice, breathing in deeply before relaxing in his warm arms.

"come on sunni, everyone's on the roof right now" jay lead her up the stairs.

opening the roof door, she saw everyone in a circle talking amongst each other.

the door opening got their attention as they turned to see jay and sunjin walking towards them.

"sunni!" almost everyone got up and hugged her at once. sunjin had no clue what was happening when they all began saying "don't believe what he said" "he's a douche" "you don't deserve that"

sunjin was very confused and they all could tell. in sync, they stopped talking and looked at her then at jay.

"you didn't tell her?" jake asked jay who shrugged. "mother fuc-" jay ran away from jake who started chasing him.

"what's happening? literally like-im so lost right now! first i saw my boyfriend cheat on me with another girl at a cafe, which i don't even feel sad about but im also confused with my feelings because i think i like another boy! and now everyone was staring at me when i walked into the school and i couldn't find you guys and i was freaking out! and now this! so please someone tell me what's happening" almost in a rap, sunjin said catching her breath.

it was silent for a couple of seconds, everyone trying to process the situation.

"you like another boy?" sunoo broke the silence. everyone groaned.

"seriously sunoo, that whole speech and you only caught that?" niki scoffed.

"but she said she wasn't hurt about her boyfriend cheating on her which by the way sunni, that's what we were worried around, if you had known he was cheating on you. it spread around the school and he started making up lies that you cheated on him" sunoo finally said.

"what" two voices at the same time said.

sunjin looked behind to see jungwon standing there with a unreadable face.

before anyone could move, jungwon open the door and ran out.

"where's he going"

sunjin wondered the same thing but her body moved first and ran to follow jungwon.

her breath started getting heavy with each step she took. her eyes frantically looked around to find jungwon but it was empty everywhere.

a voice screaming her name caught her attention. "sunjin! sunjin come here quick!"

her legs followed to her classmate who grabbed her hand and began pulling her. "jungwon's fighting sunwoo"

"what!" sunjin yelled. "what do you mean fighting"

"fighting fighting sunjin! he came out of nowhere to the soccer field and began punching him like crazy"

the two ran fast to the soccer field. from the distance a big crowd formed a circle. the closer she got, she could hear yells, see some people record, even some were starting their own fights.

sunjin pushed through the crowd getting to the front. the sight made her gasp. jungwon was on top of sunwoo, who had a bloody nose and swollen bruised eye.

jungwon seemed unharmed other than his bleeding knuckles from the punches.

sunjin had no idea what to do, yelling was not going to go anything, trying to pull jungwon off would lead to her getting punched in the face instead.

"sunjin!"  it was almost like someone above could hear her thoughts.

jay and the rest pushed everyone out the way standing with sunjin in the front.

"holy shit wonie's beating his ass" niki laughed pulling out his phone to record. sunoo was quick to scold him.

jay and heeseung both ran grabbing jungwon off sunwoo who was probably knocked out.

"jungwon calm down!" heeseung yelled shaking the boy who didn't seem to listen. his body still shaking from
adrenaline.

"sunni come over here and calm your boyfriend down" jay said to the girl. "he'll only listen to you"

sunjin nodded and walked quickly to jungwon. standing in front of him, she looked up and grabbed his face, holding it. "jungwon hey, you good?"

jungwon met her eyes that were filled with worry. slowly the anger disappeared making everyone relax and try to stop the other fights.

sunjin grabbed his bloody hand examining it. "come on, let's get you cleaned up"
