the two neared the group, catching the figures of the boys on the bench. sunjin suddenly grew nervous. it's been a while since she hung out with her friends and she began to think they would hate her.

the group must have heard footsteps near them as they looked to the two in shock.

having all eyes on her and jungwon made sunjin nervous but she pushed that thought away.

"hi" sunjin finally mustered to say while tracing figures on jungwon's wrist. she completely forgot she was even holding on to it.

the silence went on for a while before heeseung got up. he walked to sunjin thinking he was going to push her away and yell at her. she was embraced by a warm body.

"hi sunni" heeseung warmly smiled hugging tighter. "i missed you so much"

sunjin did not waste a second to hug him back, smiling against his shirt.

"don't hog her up, hee" jay nagged heeseung before pushing him away.

with his cute gecko smile, he opened his arms and shoved sunjin in his arms. the hug was so tight, it cut off her breath making her struggles against jay.

but even tho she had trouble breathing, the hug was warm and comfortable. jay always smelt so nice it made her feel at ease.

the boys took turn hugging and welcoming her back into the group. they all settled back at the table, catching up with the girl who missed some stuff.

sunjin hasn't felt this much happiness, just being with her boys always made her smile.

"the number you have dialed is unavailable-" frustratingly sunjin hung up the call. this was her 3rd time calling sunwoo, all going straight to voicemail.

even though, she did not want to be around the boy, he was still her boyfriend and they had plans to go to a cafe.

school had ended a while ago. it was almost empty with those stayed for their after school clubs and sunjin, who was waiting in the front.

she was growing impatient plus hungry thinking she would be getting her delicious food after school- but no.

sunjin just gave up and walked to the cafe instead. forget sunwoo, she can enjoy a date to herself.

the walk was every quick or maybe the music made it quick but she saw the beautiful entrance of the cafe making her giddy.

a ding broke her train of thought. unlocking her phone, a message from sunwoo was sent.

sunjin just scoffed leaving him on read. her mood slowly damed at the message.

she grew near the entrance before she stopped completely.  was she hallucinating right now?

sunjin grew aware that she might look stupid just standing at the entrance but she was in shock.

her eyes were locked on her boyfriend sitting on a table, even tho his message said he had a family emergency.

what's worse is the girl across from him, the two holding hands while smiling. maybe she's a family member? a cousin? sister?

sunjin did not want to stick around losing her appetite. turning around she went straight home.
