"He needs to rest and maybe avoid doing things like sports or activities that require too much. And he shall be alright." the doctor said and the other sighed in relief.

Felix was still unconscious and was lying on his bed, his face pale and body frail.

Somehow, upon hearing the details from Hyunjin, Jeongin could feel guilt take over his mind once he realised that he was the reason behind what happened to Felix.

The tension in the room was too much for him to take and he ended up walking out of the room.

He sighed as he reached the living room, sitting down on the couch.

His father really wasn't going to give up and make sure he killed Jeongin for doing the most daring deed.

But things got complicated when he realised he was not only endangering himself but his friends too.

His father was the death of Minho's parents, and though he loved Minho with all his will, he was scared what Minho would do once he found out that the boy he had loved for so long was the son of a man he hated for so much longer.

He hated that he had to keep such important things that need to be known as secrets. And the secrets were so painful, he couldn't just keep them to himself. Especially, when no one understood his situation.

Or was there someone who could?

Jeongin quickly got off the couch, making his way up the stairs. He knocked onto Seungmin's door getting a quiet, "come in." as an answer.

He walked in to find Seungmin sitting on his bed. He had changed into his home clothes now that he was back from shopping.

"Hi, hyung."

"Hey, sweetheart. Is something wrong? You look ....... upset."

"I kind of am. Did you hear-"

"Yeah, I saw Felix. The doctor said he'll be okay. Don't upset yourself about it. It's not your fault."

"No, hyung. It is."

Seungmin's expression changed and he looked at Jeongin confused. "What are you talking about?"

"I- um......... I actually want to tell you something I should've told you a long time ago." Jeongin said as he sat down on the bed, beside the taller.

"Promise me you won't hate me afterwards."

"Never, sweetheart. I'm ready to listen. You can tell me anything."

Jeongin took a deep breath as he looked at Seungmin who was completely focused.

It's okay, Jeongin. It's just Seungmin. You can trust him.

"You know Yang Haneul, right?"

Seungmin nodded.

"You see, I .... I'm........" Jeongin trailed off.

"Jeongin, you have nothing to be worried about. I'm not going to be mad or react in a bad way."

"Well, I'm ...... I'm Yang Haneul's son."

Seungmin looked shook for a moment. "So your name is Yang Jeongin then?"

Jeongin nodded. Seungmin seemed completely calm. "Continue."

"The person Felix was attacked by was probably sent by my father to bring me back."

"Why does he want you back? Give me details, Jeongin."

"You see, my father used to hit and abuse me even since I was little. He used to starve me and sometimes even raped me. One day, he decided to get rid of me by selling me as a sex slave. So I ran away. That's how Minho found me and brought me to where I am. And now, he wants me back probably so he can kill me."

The look on Seungmin's face was full of horror, shock and pity.

"Can you prove that he abused you?"

Jeongin nodded. He slipped off the sweater he was wearing, revealing his skinny, scarred body.

"He used to hit me with his belt and starve as a sort of punishment."

"I'm so sorry you had to go through that Jeongin. You put your sweater back on."

Jeongin put on his sweater and in a blink of an eye he was pulled in a warm hug, a hand patting his head.

"You could've told me sooner, sweetie." Seungmin said as he broke the hug. "But when are you going to tell Minho?"

"I don't know. Maybe once your mission to destroy the drug cartel is over. That way he'll know that I was always on his side. That I wasn't a traitor and would never betray even if I am the son of a man who destroyed his childhood. That I am Minho's only."

Seungmin smiled. "You really love him that much?"

Jeongin nodded. "And I know that he loves me too."
