Chapter 28

Felix woke up with a splitting headache.

He sat up on the bed, taking a minute to study his surroundings. He was in his bed inside his bedroom. He was now wearing much more comfortable clothes, just a pair of white sweatpants and a white short sleeved shirt. He wondered who had changed him but that was the least of what was on his mind.

Feeling lightheaded, he pushed off the blanket and made his way out of bed. He stood up on the floor feeling almost all his energy drain out of him in almost a second and he fell on the ground. He yelped as he tried sitting but it seemed like his body had gone numb and he wasn't capable of moving it.

He heard his bedroom door open.

"Felix!" he heard the person say and footsteps started approaching him.

"What did you do to yourself?" The gentleness in the voice almost made Felix melt on the spot and upon looking up, Felix saw none other than Hyunjin.

"H-hyunjin." Felix's voice stuttered from lack of use and it sounded like a desperate plea for help.

Hyunjin's face softened as he picked Felix up from the ground and gently placed him on the bed.

"What happened to me Hyunjin?" Felix asked as he laid his head on his pillow, lying down on his back, staring at Hyunjin who was sitting by his bedside.

"The guy must have suffocated you. The doctor said you need to rest and avoid doing anything that requires use of strength. You're really weak right now Felix. That's why you fell down when you tried to stand."

"Am I going to be okay?"

Hyunjin smiled and ran his long fingers through Felix's blonde hair. "You'll be okay. Don't worry about anything. Just rest while I get you something to eat so you can take your meds."

Felix smiled. "Thank you."
