Sanji
"As she danced, men who surrounded her were mesmerized . Nobody thought this petite little girl can dance sensually. Everyone was seduced. I was not one of those who escaped her charms."
I am a jealous guy, I can smell the rising hormones surrounding Violet. She was so drunk and wasted. Yet she continued to dance swaying her hips teasing every man or woman she sees.
She kissed girls and she stared at men. Then she goes back to me to take a shot and chat and talked about how other men or women around the room. We were laughing and touching each other like best of friends.
But we didn't escape the judging eyes of the people who surrounded us.
"Are you guys dating?'
"Are you guys together?"
"Do you like her?"
"Do you like him?"
"Have you guys kissed?"
"Are you guys serious?"And the questions are getting more personal. More disturbing.
"What can you say about her?"
"What can you say about him?"
"Why do you like her?"
"Why do you like him?"The more questions people asked me about Violet made me realize that I deserved to be loved too. That I deserved to be treated well after my failed marriage.
I just broke up with my wife a year ago. I was caught between reality and fantasy when I met Violet. She was pretty much like my ex in a completely different packaging.
Like my ex Violet was skinny, she dance sensually like my ex. She sings well like her, she was funny and boyish. She was very easy to get along with.
Days and months passed. In a day we could talk and walk miles without complaining. We almost talk about anything. Life, sex, work, past, our favorite cartoon series, boys, girls and love.
One night we were walking from our place of work, to my apartment, we had dinner and later on walked home in the middle of the night.
I fell in love with this young lady without me knowing it. I have fallen right into fantasy land. I was starting to miss her more often. Days off became more boring.
One tuesday morning we went out to watch a movie. I was looking at her eyes mentally telling her how much I loved her, the kind of look asking a girl can you just be mine?
Violet
We were watching a fantasy movie that just aired. It was something about dwarves, orcs, handsome elves, and uglier orcs. Instead of watching the movie he was looking at me intensely.
Every time he does that I stopped talking and I look away and then Sanji would ask me why I do that.
"Why do you always look away every time I look at you?" He asked
"Because your look tells me how much you love me." I looked away as I said it
"And is there something wrong with that?" He asked
"Yes your look tells me that you wanted me forever. I can't give you that you know that right?" I said as I looked down
"How do you judge a man by the way he looks at you?" Sanji asked
"I don't know but my gutfeel does. It tells me so." I told him
"Well partially you are right. But what I am thinking right now is that today you are mine. Just mine. And I don't want to share you with any other man." Sanji said
Is that so? I smiled
And after he said that he gently kissed my lips and totally forgot the movie we were watching. Now that I remember it the movie was "The Hobbit Desolation of Smog" hahaha.
