Summer Time

Ever since Troy proposed I haven't been able to stop smiling. The ring he picked is beautiful. I don't know where he found such a unique ring but I love it. I wouldn't change how he proposed for the world. There's just somethings that you want to go back and relive forever. Troy proposing to me is one of those things.

I know we haven't been dating very long but you know when you want to spend the rest of your life with someone. I knew Troy was the one that I wanted to spend the rest of my life when he asked me to be his girlfriend.

I wish someone was recording Troy proposing to me. I bet his dad was recording the whole thing. When he came up to us he was in tears. He said that he knew Troy was going to propose but he didn't know how it when.

It was a special moment between me and Troy that I will never forget. We already started to plan the wedding. We even asked Zeek to make the wedding cake and he said that he would be honored.

I asked Troy's dad if he could be the one to walk me down the isle. He said that he would be honored to do that for me.

I asked Sharpay if she would be my maid of honor and she said yes. I asked Taylor, Martha, and Kelsie to be my bridesmaids. They were so happy that they said yes.

It's no surprise to me that Chad is Troy's best man and that zeek and Jason are his groomsmen. I've been looking at wedding dresses and I haven't found one that I like yet. Troy's mom said that I'll know the prefect dress when I see it.

I picked the song that I want to walk down the isle to. I won't say what it is but it's a really special song to me. It's one that I haven't heard in forever.

I helped Troy pick out his tux for the wedding. It's really beautiful he said it was the perfect one. I couldn't agree more with him on that one.

We picked out the colors for the wedding and I have to say that they just might be my favorite. The colors are teal, powder blue, and peach.

Zeek has been having me and Troy taste different flavors for the cakes the he's made. I haven't been able to pick a favorite. They're all so good. Although I think that the lemon meringue just my be the one. I can tell that Troy likes that one too. He's in denial about it but I know he likes it.

I tried to talk Zeek into making a pumpkin spice cake but he said that it was a crime to make that. I haven't given up on that one. He'll cave if I keep asking him to make it.

"Hi babe, I got something for you."

"What is it?"

"Turn around."

I did as he said and I felt a cold chain touch my skin. I look down and I it's a beautiful necklace.

"Troy this is beautiful. Where did you find such a gorgeous necklace?"

"It's a family heirloom. My mom wanted you to have it."

"I love it. Tell her I said thank you."

"Tell her when you see her after school."

"I will."

"Now I want to take my girl out for some ice cream."

"That sounds amazing. Except that Sharpay said she wants to take me wedding dress shopping."

"Thats fine beautiful. I'll take you out for ice cream tomorrow."

"I love you. But I think that I might love this ring more."

"You hear that Chad I've been replaced by a piece of metal."

"Oh I heard. And I'd win her love back before she marries that ring."

"I was joking Chadwick."

"I know I was just playing along."

Troy put an arm around my shoulders and we walked to class. For some reason we couldn't stop making jokes. I'm laughing so hard that Troy is afraid that I'll pass out. I tried to tell him that I'm fine but u couldn't get the words out. That made me laugh even more.

Troy kept asking if I'm okay and all I could do was nod my head. The new girl kept giving me the stink eye. But I've learned to just ignore her. This is my summer and I don't plan on letting the new girl ruin my summer for me.

Ms.D is beyond aesthetic for me and Troy. She told me that Troy asked for her blessing and that she said yes.

Troy has always been the proper gentleman. He goes by tradition. That made me fall in love with him even more.

After school Troy and I went back to his place. When we got there Troy said I could pick any movie that I want. He never should have given me that power.

I put on The Titanic a classic movie that's based on a true story. When Troy asked why I would pick a movie that's three hours long I would told him that he said u could pick any movie I wanted.

He then proceeded to ask himself why he let me do that. I just laughed and threw some of the popcorn at him. After that he gave me look that said I should run. I sprinted out of the chair as fast as I could. I dropped all of the popcorn on the floor in the process.

I threw the door open and ran outside and Troy's dad looked surprised. I think he more surprised that I mashed to make it outside of without Troy catching up to me.

His dad asked what I did this time. I told him that I threw popcorn at him. His dad said that that it's a crime to throw popcorn at someone. I then asked his dad if I looked like I cared.

I then sprinted down the street with both Troy and his dad chasing after me. I made it down Chad's house and proceeded to bang on the door. The second Chad opened the door I ran in and locked it.

"Chloe open the door I know you're in there."

I gave Chad a look that said help me. He asked what I did and how I managed to makes it this far without Troy catching up to me. I told him that I threw popcorn at Troy. After that I ran out the back door knowing that Chad would be the next one to help chase after me.

The next thing I know I see Troy's mom and she tells me to get in the car. I got in the car as fast as I could. After I'm in the car I she drives off. She doesn't even have to ask what I did to know that I threw popcorn at Troy.

The only thing she asked was how I got that far without one of them catching up to me. To be honest I told her that I didn't stop running. When we got back to the house she told me to head for the tree house.

Wouldn't be the first time that those boys chased after me because of popcorn.

"Chloe you're going to have to come down from that tree house at some point."

"No I don't! I can stay up here for as long as I need to."
