"Who Took Chloe?"

Troy's POV

I woke up this morning to get ready for prom but Chloe wasn't there. I looked in the bathroom, the living room, the kitchen, outback. But she was nowhere to be found. I called Chad and asked if she was with him but he said no.

Chad asked if Chloe was okay but I didn't know what to tell him. I told that I have no idea where Chloe is. He asked if she was with me when I went to bed last night. I told him the last time I saw her was when she said that she was making her way to the store to pick up a few things.

That was when I looked outside and saw that my truck was still gone. I have no idea where my wife is and I don't know what to do help get her home. I called the cops and told them everything and the last time I saw her and gave them a picture of what she looks like.

I called everyone that she's close to and told them the bad news. They all came over to my place and asked if there was anything that's they could do. I told them no and all we can do is hope that cops bring her home safe and sound. Chad suggested that we all still go to prom to get our mind off things. I told him no and that I want to be home in case there's an update on Chloe.

Chad tried to tell me that Chloe would want me to go and have a good time. But I told him that I would think about it.

Right now there's nothing that I can think about except Chloe and praying that she's okay. I don't know what happened to her. I'm worried sick about her and worst part is that I can't do a thing. All I can do is hope the cops do their job and bring her home safe and sound.

There are so many what ifs running through my head and I can't stop thinking about all of things that could be happening to her right now.  But right now I have to go to rehearsal for the musical. It might take my mind off of things for a little bit.

"Alright people listen there's something that I need to tell you. I'm not sure if any of you have seen the news or not. But my goddaughter and Troy's wife Chloe has gone missing. It's been almost twenty four hours since she was last seen. She went to out to go to the store to pick up a few things and she never made her way back home. She was driving Troy's truck at the time. Troy already made a phone call to police to get her home safe and sound. There's no telling where she could be right now. So please keep her in your prayers and keep good things in your thoughts. There's nothing more than all of us wanting her to be brought back to us safe. If any of you know where she could be or know who could have taken her please let me and the police know as soon as possible. We need to think positive and try our best to make the show great. So Sharpay you need to the duet with Troy and still perform your own part are you up for the challenge?"

"Yeah. I'm up for the challenge."

"Wonderfull. I know this is a very difficult time for all of us but the show must go on. Let's go people double time. However if you do happen to need some time for yourself at any point step aside and take that time. I know all of you are very close to Chloe. So I won't hold it against you if you need to have sometime for yourself. I'm looking at you Mr.Bolton."

I couldn't bring myself to get out of the chair that I was sitting in. I eventually got up and went backstage and broke down crying. I heard someone walk up to me and sit down next to me. I knew it Chad. He tried to talk to me but I didn't hear a thing that he was saying.

I heard Mrs.D come up next to me but I didn't even bother to look up.

"Troy. The police have some news on the search for Chloe. I want you to be there when they say it."

I got up and followed Mrs.D to where the cops are.

"We have some good news and some bad news. Good news is we looked at the video and we saw who took her. We have a license plate and everything. Bad news is it was not only her parents who took her but another student here as well. I believe her name is Gabriella Montez. We can't pinpoint the location of where they are right now but we hope to have something else within the next forty eight hours. When we do have a location Troy we want you to come with us we you to be the first face Chloe sees."

"Thank you so much officer. I just want my wife back home safe and sound. This girl means the world to me and I would do anything to get her back."

"We know. That's why this case is our top priority. We want her to get home safe and sound as soon as possible. We're doing everything that we can to find her. We'll be back with updates soon and hopefully we'll be getting her back."

I thanked the officers again and walked back to the stage and told Chad and Sharpay everything that I was just told. We all hugged and cried. Chad said that if he has to he'll step in and do my part in the show so I could go and get Chloe.
