Haxion Brood Fighting Pit, Ordo Eris,

It was a dangerous day as the Mandalorian bounty hunter Din Djarin and his adopted son Grogu were on a mission by High Magistrate Greef Karga to locate a member of the dangerous Haxion Brood who was threatening to have the Magistrate assassinated following the death of Pirate King Gorian Shard.

Djarin then arrived at the fight pit and Grogu watched the fight with a Haxion Brood commando and an Acklay. The Acklay tried to impale the gunslinger with its claws but the commando dodged the strikes and fired a powerful shot at the Acklay killing it. Din then found his target: Eaj Lombin as he was the commando who killed the Acklay. Din then sat next to Sorc Tormo, the leader of the Haxion Brood and Tormo then greeted him.

"Welcome Mando," Tormo said. "What brings you here to our amazing arena?"

"I'm here for Eaj Lombin," Din replied as Grogu watched his surroundings. "High Magistrate Karga sends his regards."

"I was hoping you'd say that!" Tormo said with a laugh.

A Haxion Brood Bounty Droid then shoved Din into the arena next to Lombin and the bounty droid then joined Lombin to face off against Din and Grogu.

"We have a new challenger tonight!" Tormo said with a grin. "A Mandalorian and his pet! Let's see what they are made of! The Haxion Brood is gunnin' for ya!"

Din drew his blaster and started firing at the bounty droid protecting Lombin. The droid then tried to bash the Mandalorian and shoot him. Lombin then charged at Grogu attempting to kill the force sensitive child but was stopped by Din who launched in front of him and saved Grogu. The droid then charged and fired at the duo again but Din shot Whistling Birds damaging the droid and finished it with a shot from his blaster. Grogu then used the force and froze Lombin in place as Din tied him up with his ropes from his gauntlets.

"Okay okay," Lombin said terrified. "I did try to have High Magistrate Karga assassinated. It was only business from my former employer Gorian Shard."

"Gorian Shard is dead," Din said. "You have no one else to run to. It's over."

Din then shoved Lombin into a large crate next to his silver N1 Naboo Starfighter and jetted off into space to bring him to Karga. As he arrived at Nevarro, Din then landed and Grogu followed him to see his friend. Din then shoved Lombin towards Karga and the High Magistrate happily greeted them.

"Ah, Mando!" Karga said with a large smile. "I see you brought him in warm."

"Indeed," Din said. "He wasn't much of a problem."

"That's great to hear," Karga said as he gestured to his droid to pay Din. "You deserve this my friend."

"Thank you," Din said. "I look forward to getting my next job. Things have been quite slow since the reconquest of Mandalore and the defeat of Moff Gideon."

"Maybe it's for the better," Karga said. "Nevarro and Mandalore are finally free from Imperial control."

Din then nodded and proceeded to his home with Grogu. As he was giving Grogu food, his holoprojector started to flash. He then answered it and Carson Teva appeared via hologram.

"Captain Teva," Din said. "Do you have a job for me?"

"Indeed," Teva replied. "I actually have some bad news for you. I fear that there are more Imperial remnants that are active and that the cloning operation from Nevarro did not stop with Moff Gideon. I found out that some warlords that were on their way to Coruscant and Hosnian Prime served with Gideon and have made their way to Eriadu. In need for you to come to Hosnian Prime and we will talk further."

"I will be there shortly," Din said as he deactivated the holoprojector.

Din could not believe that the Empire still did not fall even after the death of Moff Gideon and that they are even resuming their experiments with Grogu's blood. He hoped that this will be the final encounter he has with any Imperial Remnant and and be free from the wrath of the Empire once and for all.
