Plans of Action

New Republic Skyscraper, Coruscant,

It was a busy day on Coruscant and communications officer Elia Kane was assisting her supervisors in the Amnesty Program. After her shift she then returned to her apartment and activated her holoprojector. Senator Elshire then appeared as a hologram.

"Elia Kane," Elshire said. "I have excellent news to report."

"I'm listening," Kane said.

"New Republic pilot Captain Carson Teva has been removed from military service," Elshire said. "The Senate voted in favor of removing him and there is a centrist majority."

"Excellent," Kane said. "We must prepare for phase two. Make sure that the New Republic does not expand to the outer rim or the Unknown Regions."

"Phase two?" Elshire said. "I hope that what he is doing will ensure that the New Republic falls and that imperial rule returns."

"Trust me," Kane said. "He knows exactly what he's doing."

Din Djarin's house, Nevarro,

Cara Dune, Greef Karga, and IG-11 watched as Din and his Mandalorian allies landed near his house to prepare for the briefing.

"Mando!" Greef Karga said. "I assume you are ready to start the mission?"

"Indeed," Din said. "I even have some support since that base is heavily guarded. Now should get started?"

"Indeed," Karga said as he displayed a holographic image of the base. "This is the landing pad where the entrance is located. However we cannot land ships and travel unnoticed. That is why we must deploy our warriors above the landing pad and they will quietly eliminate any guards before Marshall Dune, IG-11. and I can land. After the landing pad is cleared, we will then push forward to the command center and have a few forces protect it while the rest of us locate the reactor and set the self destruct countdown which then destroy the base and end the cloning operation."

"Any idea where the laboratory is?" Din asked.

"The lab is here on level B933," Karga said. "Along with a platoon of Dark Troopers guarding the clones."

"I say we try to avoid contact with them," Cara said. "Those Dark Troopers can be very nasty."

"Alright then," Din said. "Let's make for the ships and prepare to jump into hyperspace."

As the pair began to head to their ships, Cara, Karga, ans IG-11 used the same  Lambda class shuttle that was used during the attack on Moff Gideon's light cruiser. Din felt that even though many perceived this as an easy task, he felt that why is the cloning operation continuing given that Gideon has been killed and what could the Empire wish to gain by taking his adopted son.
