Future Intentions

Din Djarin's house, Nevarro,

Din and the rest of the team landed near his home and Din sat down in his chair. Bo then approached him and sat next to him.

"Are you okay?" Bo asked in a concerned manner. "You seem distressed."

"I don't like this," Din replied. "Even though we defeated Taloh, he escaped and who knows what his future intentions are."

"I'm here should he attempt to attack again," Bo said. "We will do what we can to ensure that you and Grogu are safe."

"This is the way," Din said.

"This is the way," Bo replied.

"Now," Din said. "I have to be on my way to  Adelphi Base to collect my reward from Carson Teva. Until our paths cross?"

"Until our paths cross," Bo replied as they shook hands.

Bo then smiled at Grogu and joined her fellow Mandalorians to return to Mandalore. Karga, Dune, and IG-11 then stood next to Din and Karga then turned to Din.

"So I guess you will be heading to Adelphi Base?" Karga asked.

"Yes," Din replied. "I have to collect my reward from Captain Teva."

"Very well," Karga said. "I am always happy to assist you if you need anything."

"Thank you," Din said as Karga and everyone else    proceeded to Nevarro City.

As they left, Din began to power up his N1 starfighter and Grogu hopped in and sat on his lap. They then set course for the base and jumped into hyperspace.

As they emerged from hyperspace, Din began to land at Adelphi Base. He was greeted by Trapper Wolffe.

"Welcome Mando," Trapper said. "I assume that you are here to see Captain Teva?"

"Yes," Din said. "Is he available?"

Trapper then removed his hat, "Unfortunately Captain Teva has been incarcerated for interfering in Outer Rim affairs."

"What?" Din asked. "This does not make any sense."

"None of it does," Trapper said. "I believe him in fact. The senate is refusing to take action and it will be too late by the time we act.  On that note, I would like for you to take this payment. It's the least I can offer."

"Thank you," Din said. "Thank you for letting me know about Teva."

Trapper then nodded and Din began to head back to his N1. Grogu then looked at Din and they then began to take off. The pair continued their journey across the galaxy and made sure that no harm came of them in the future.
