viktorias mother came up right to them after the speech.

"mom we're playing?" viktoria quizzed

"no! unless you want to, but there's another band playing nothing too good. though if you want to steal the show you can" she replied winking before whisking away.

"playing rock for rich people? hell yeah, maybe we can steal some of their diamonds once they faint" tom said smiling at his vision

they all agreed before heading over, slow music playing she was met once again with the face of her mother.

"viktoria darling, please go dance with alfred. he's been asking for you all night" her mother said in a tone that meant no discussion. viktoria quickly obeyed, wishing a quick farewell before moving to the dance floor.

"who's alfred?" tom asked, nobody except ilya picking up the jealousy laced in his tone.

"this guy who's been a family friend since we were babies. he's had a crush on viktoria since they met, never taking no for an answer" ilya replied adding in the last part so tom doesn't think she'll run away with needy alfred.

tom watched as viktoria and alfred moved. it was perfectly in sync, step forward, step back, step to the side. she looked beautiful, the room was lit, not too bright not too dark. the moonlight shining in the window casted in viktorias face. she was breathtakingly beautiful. her long hair cascading down her back, almost past her butt. her makeup was simple, light pink eyeshadow with a smoky shadow along the waterlines of her eyes. complimenting her ever so bright lapis eyes. her baby pink glossed lips tied in a permanent smirk as she talked to alfred.

alfred was a man, nothing short of his looks or what tom could tell - personality. he was tall - 6'4 at least, and built. you could tell from the muscles definition through the black silk shirt he wore. he had blonde hair, a overgrown buzz cut with piercing blue eyes. he looked serious, so when a laugh cracked in his face it was unusual. his laugh was gruff and deep, his teeth white and perfect. he was a beauty standard, just like viktoria.

"she has to change partners in a second" ilya said as he leaned against the carved wall. ilya and tom watching as she switched partners, it was now a girl.

"that is asya, whom you will have competition with. now what i suggest is you get in there and take madam sokolov away from the dreadful igor dzyuba. she'll thank you, as they aren't on the best terms at all. you'll dance with vikkie next" ilya added as he looked at asya, she was pretty. her long blonde waves cascades down her back, bright brown doe eyes that seem to make you fathom the dirtiest of thoughts. she was utterly gorgeous, though both the siblings had already messed with her. viktoria more fully, they had dated and to this day still seem to be in love. though ilya had messed with her in eighth grade, she was too innocent for him. though he's sure viktoria had ruptured that innocence the first minute she could.

tom nodded, making his way towards the small yet intimidating man. everyone in here was intimidating, the group being more out of place than before.

"excuse me mr. dzyuba, could i possibly take madam sokolov off your hands?" tom said in his most polite voice, igor hummed almost too excitedly before making his way back to the tables. madam sokolov taking toms hands, he really didn't know what he was doing and it was showing.

"follow my lead dear, i can tell this is not your scene" she said looking him once over, it wasn't to be crude. she could tell the group was out of place, the way they were styled, the makeup the boy was wearing, their hair and manners. it was all foreign to them.

"now i see you have a little inkling for viktoria" she hummed, smiling at the shock the boy held.

"um, yes madam sokolov" he replied not really knowing where this was going.
